Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Beschriftungsvorrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäße Beschriftungsvorrichtung weist eine Pumpe 2 auf, die über eine erste Leitung 4 mit einem Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälter 6 verbunden ist. Die erste Leitung 4 ragt dabei in einen oberen Bereich des Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälter 6, der mit einer Schreibflüssigkeit 8 gefüllt ist. Die Schreibflüssigkeit 8 kann eine Tinte sein, wie z. B. Wasserbasis-, Ethanol-, Isopropanol-, Ethyl-Acetat-, MEK-, Hochtemperatur- oder Sondertinte. Aus dem Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälter 6 erstreckt ausgehend von dem unteren Bereich desselben eine zweite Leitung 10 zu einem Schreibkopf 12. Der Schreibkopf 12 weist mehrere Düsen 14 auf, die mittels einer Steuereinheit 16 geöffnet bzw. geschlossen werden können. In der zweiten Leitung 10 ist ferner ein Filter 18 zur Filterung der Schreibflüssigkeit 8 angeordnet, während in der ersten Leitung 4 eine Druckminderungseinrichtung 20 in Form eines Ventiles angeordnet ist.Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of the labeling device according to the invention. Fig. 1 zeigt die Beschriftungsvorrichtung bei normalem ungestörten Betrieb. Durch diesen Druck wird die Schreibflüssigkeit 8 in die zweite Leitung 10 bis zum Schreibkopf 12 und in die dritte Leitung 22 des Druckschalters 24 getrieben, wobei eine Filterung der Schreibflüssigkeit 8 durch den Filter 18 erfolgt. Der Druck innerhalb der zweiten bzw. dritten Leitung 10,22 liegt bei ungestörtem Betrieb der Beschriftungsvorrichtung oberhalb eines vorgegebenen Druckgrenzwertes 32 (Fig. 4). Zum Beschriften des (nicht dargestellten) Werkstückes, werden nun die Düsen 14 durch die Steuereinheit 16 in Abhängigkeit davon geöffnet oder geschlossen, welches Zeichen auf das Werkstück geschrieben werden soll. Fig. 4 zeigt im Abschnitt a des dargestellten Diagramms den Verlauf 34 des Drucks p in der zweiten bzw. dritten Leitung 10,22 über der Zeit t für Fig. 1. Je mehr Düsen 14 geöffnet sind, um so stärker fällt der Druck p ab, sinkt jedoch - selbst wenn alle Düsen 14 geöffnet sind - nicht unter den vorgegebenen Druckgrenzwert 32.Fig. 1 shows the labeling device in normal undisturbed operation. In der Absperrstellung wird der Teil der ersten Leitung 4, der sich von der Pumpe 2 bis zu dem Absperrorgan 28 erstreckt, verschlossen, wohingegen der Teil der ersten Leitung 4, der sich zwischen dem Absperrorgan 28 und dem Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälter 6 erstreckt, entlüftet wird, so dass die Luft aus dem Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälter 6 durch die erste Leitung 4 und das Absperrorgan 28 in Richtung des Pfeiles 36 entweichen kann. Durch die Entlüftung des Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälters 6 und die höhere Anordnung der zweiten Leitung 10 oberhalb des Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälters 6, kann die Schreibflüssigkeit 8 aus der zweiten Leitung 10 wieder in den Schreibflüssigkeitsbehälter 6 zurückfließen. Ein weiteres Auslaufen der Schreibflüssigkeit 8 an der Stelle A wird somit verhindert. Gleichzeitig mit dem Signal über die Signalleitung 26 kann auch ein Signal über die Signalleitung 30 gesandt werden, so dass die Pumpe 2 die Förderung einstellt. Selbst in den Abschnitten c, in denen alle Düsen 14 geschlossen sind und der Druckgrenzwert 40 somit erhöht ist, können nun Druckabfälle registriert werden, die durch kleinste Löcher in der zweiten Leitung 10 und nicht von offenen Düsen 14 hervorgerufen werden. Bevor die Öffnung einzelner Düsen 14 wieder erfolgt, ergeht ein erneutes Signal über die Signalleitung 38, so dass der vorgegebene Druckgrenzwert 40 wieder auf den ursprünglichen Wert gesenkt ist.Finally, an advantageous modification of the above-described labeling device will be described. Claims (9)

  1. Inscription device having a pump (2), a writing fluid container (6) for receiving a writing fluid, and a writing head (12), in which are provided a first line (4), via which compressed air is directable into the writing fluid container (6) by the pump (2), and a second line (10), via which the writing fluid is directable to the writing head (12),
    characterised in that the inscription device comprises a monitoring instrument (22, 24) for measuring the pressure in the second line (10) and for comparing the measured pressure value with a preset pressure limit value (32, 40), which monitoring device is designed in such a way that a pressure drop attributable to a leakage in the second line (10) is detectable, the writing fluid container (6) being vented if the preset pressure limit value (32, 40) is not attained.
  2. Inscription device according to Claim 1, characterised in that a shut-off member (28) is provided in the first line (4), which shut-off member is convertible from a through-flow position into a shut-off position in which the pump (2) is locked and the writing fluid container (6) is vented.
  3. Inscription device according to Claim 2, characterised in that the monitoring instrument (22, 24) comprises a third line (22) branching off from the second line (10) with an adjoining pressure switch (24) which is connected to the shut-off member (28) via a first control line (26) via which control signals for the shut-off member (28) are conductible.
  4. Inscription device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the second line (10) is arranged above the writing fluid container (6) in such a way that the writing fluid flows back into the vented writing fluid container (6).
  5. Inscription device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a pressure-lowering instrument (20) is provided in the first line (4).
  6. Inscription device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one filter (18) is provided in the second line (10).
  7. Inscription device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the writing head (12) has at least one nozzle (14) controllable via a control unit (16), the control unit (16) being connected to the monitoring instrument (22, 24) via a second control line (38) via which control signals for the monitoring instrument (22, 24) are conductible, by means of which signals the preset pressure limit value (32, 40) is adjustable according to whether the nozzles (14) are open or closed.
  8. Inscription device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the monitoring instrument (22, 24) is arranged in such a way that measuring of the pressure within the second line (10) is performed immediately upstream of the writing head (12).
  9. Extrusion installation having an inscription device according to any one of the preceding claims for inscribing an extruded workpiece.
