    with the at least one spring arm (12, 13) engaging in the closed position beyond the initial region of the at least one guide rail (5, 6) and pressing with a relatively low spring power against said guide rail;
    with the guideway of the at least one guide rail (5, 6) which guides the spring arm (12, 13) from the closed to the opened position during the rotation of the rotary slider (8) as caused by the insertion of the plug leading to the build-up of a spring force in the at least one spring arm (12, 13) which increases with progressive rotation of the rotary slider;
    which spring force causes an automatic return of the rotary slider (8) to the closed position after the withdrawal of the plug.
  2. A shock-hazard protective apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotary slider (8) is configured as a two-component injection-molded part, consisting of a relatively hard plastic material for the main body with side arms (10, 11) and a relatively soft plastic material for the at least one spring arm (12, 13).
  3. A shock-hazard protective apparatus according to claim 1 and/or 2, characterized in that the at least one spring arm (12, 13) slides over a cam (14) along the guide rail (5, 6).
  4. A shock-hazard protective apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the main body with side arms (10, 11) of the rotary slider (8) comprises engaging recesses arranged as inclined planes for the engagement of the plug pins.
  5. A shock-hazard protective apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the rotary slider (8) comprises cams (14'), over which it will tilt under a one-sided load of merely one plug opening (7) in such a way that an offset edge which is arranged at the edge of the engaging recess will engage in the plug opening (7) not inserted by the plug pin and will latch there.
  6. A shock-hazard protective apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a shock-hazard protective cover (15) is used for covering the shock-hazard protective apparatus, with said shock-hazard protective cover (15) comprising openings (17) for the plug pins.
  7. A shock-hazard protective apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the pin (3) comprises a latching connection (4) for receiving the shock-hazard protective covering (15).
