- des moyens de positionnement de la structure porteuse et desdits deuxièmes moyens de raccordement, dans une position relative prédéterminée où lesdits premiers moyens de raccordement et lesdits deuxièmes moyens de raccordement s'accouplent en même temps qu'on monte le panneau d'habillage sur la structure porteuse.

Claims (14)
- Panneau d'habillage pour plafond délimitant un espace pour se doucher, ce panneau d'habillage comportant :des première (6) et deuxième (7) faces principales, opposées et respectivement destinées à être apparente et cachée, etune chambre de répartition (12) pourvue d'au moins une entrée d'admission d'eau (13) et pour partie délimitée par une paroi (10) de dissémination d'eau à l'extérieur de la chambre de répartition (12), cette paroi de dissémination (10) définissant la première face principale (6) et étant percée d'une pluralité de trous traversants (14),
- Panneau d'habillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en ne prenant pas en compte d'éventuelles régions (16) dépourvues de trou traversant (14), lesdits trous traversants (14) se répartissent sur la première face principale (6) selon une densité moyenne comprise entre 250 trous/m2 et 400 trous/m2, de préférence de l'ordre de 280 trous/m2.
- Panneau d'habillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les trous traversants (14) se répartissent sur au moins 0,1 m2.
- Panneau d'habillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de répartition (12) a une forme aplatie et s'étend contre ladite paroi de dissémination (10).
- Panneau d'habillage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'essentiel de la chambre de répartition (12) a une épaisseur inférieure à 5 mm.
- Panneau d'habillage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de répartition (12) est délimitée par un empilement dans lequel une première plaque (10) formant ladite paroi de dissémination et une deuxième plaque (9) sont séparées l'une de l'autre par au moins une entretoise (11), la première plaque (10), l'entretoise (11) et la deuxième plaque (9) étant assemblées à joint étanche.
- Panneau d'habillage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite entretoise (11) présente la forme d'un cadre.
- Panneau d'habillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de répartition (12) comporte plusieurs entrées d'admission d'eau (13), écartées entre elles et reliées à un même conduit d'amenée d'eau (18).
- Panneau d'habillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les trous traversants (14) se répartissent sur la première face principale (6) selon une densité qui est plus grande dans une région sensiblement centrale (17) et décroít progressivement en s'éloignant de cette région sensiblement centrale (17).
- Panneau d'habillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de dissémination (10) a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 mm et 2 mm, les trous traversants (14) ayant un diamètre moyen compris entre 0,5 mm et 4 mm.
- Panneau d'habillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :des moyens pour son montage (24), par coulissement dans une direction déterminée (F), sur une structure porteuse (3) installée à demeure dans un bâtiment ou analogue, etdes premiers moyens de raccordement rapide (19) reliés à ladite entrée d'admission d'eau (13) et aptes à coopérer avec des deuxièmes moyens de raccordement complémentaires (4) installés à demeure dans le bâtiment, ces premiers moyens de raccordement (19) étant dirigés dans ladite direction déterminée (F).
- Dispositif d'habillage pour plafond délimitant un espace pour se doucher, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un panneau d'habillage (1) selon la revendication 11,ladite structure porteuse (3), destinée à supporter le panneau d'habillage (1) et comportant à cet effet des moyens de retenue (31) complémentaires des moyens de montage (24) du panneau d'habillage (1),lesdits deuxièmes moyens de raccordement (4), etdes moyens (28, 36, 37, 38, 39) de positionnement de la structure porteuse (3) et desdits deuxièmes moyens de raccordement (4), dans une position relative prédéterminée où lesdits premiers moyens de raccordement (19) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens de raccordement (4) s'accouplent en même temps qu'on monte le panneau d'habillage (1) sur la structure porteuse (3).
- Installation sanitaire, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :un panneau d'habillage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, etun régulateur de débit (40), placé en amont de la chambre de répartition (12) et spécialement conçu pour stabiliser le débit de l'eau alimentant cette chambre de répartition (12), autour d'une valeur à laquelle le débit d'eau moyen par trou traversant (14) de la paroi de dissémination (10) est compris entre 0,1 litre/mn et 0,3 litre/mn.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'habillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape dans laquelle on perce par faisceau laser lesdits trous traversants (14).
