Description

Die dargestellte Saug-Druck-Pumpe 1 ist auf dem Rand der Öffnung eines Behältnisses 2 über eine dazwischen angeordnete Dichtringscheibe 3 dicht befestigt. Die Saug-Druck-Pumpe 1 hat ein hohlzylindrisches Gehäuse 4, dessen unteres Ende durch ein Rückschlagventil mit einer Ventilverschlußkugel 5 absperrbar ist. Der Auslaßkanal 13 setzt sich durch ein relativ weit über die Außenseite des Behältnisses hinausragendes Rohr 14 fort. Im freien Ende des Rohres 14 ist ein etwa topfförmiger Einsatz 15 dicht befestigt. Der Einsatz 15 hat in seinem Boden eine Ausspritzöffnung 16, die als Düse wirkt. Auf der Innenseite des Einsatz-Bodens mündet eine Wirbelkammer 17 in die Austrittsöffnung 16. Die Wirbelkammer 17 steht über wenigstens eine im Boden des Einsatzes 15 auf dessen Innenseite ausgebildete Quernut 18 mit einem Ringraum 19 in Verbindung, der einerseits von der Innenseite des Auslaßkanals 13 im Rohr 14 und andererseits von einem mit der Innenseite des Auslaßkanals 13 im Rohr 14 als Rückschlagventil zusammenwirkenden, massiven Ventilverschlußstück 20 begrenzt ist. Das Ventilverschlußstück 20 besteht aus gummielastischem Material, hier einem Elastomer, und hat einen zylindrischen Körper, der etwa in seiner axialen Mitte von einer Dichtlippe 21 umgeben ist. Die Dichtlippe 21 liegt unter einer durch ihre Eigenelastizität bewirkten Federkraft an der Innenseite des Auslaßkanals 13 im Ringraum 19 dicht an. Die Stirnseite des Ventilverschlußstücks 20 deckt die Quernut(en) 18 bis auf eine kleine Öffnung an deren radial äußeren Ende(n) ab. Die Rückseite des Ventilverschlußstücks 20 liegt mit radialen Rippen, die radiale Nuten 22 zwischen sich begrenzen, an einer radial nach innen vorstehenden Schulter 23 des Auslaßkanals 13 elastisch an. Über die Nuten 22 kann der auf der Rückseite des Ventilverschlußstücks 20 liegende Teil des Auslaßkanals 13 mit dem Ringraum 19 verbunden werden. Bei jeder Betätigung der Saug-Druck-Pumpe 1 ändert das Ventilverschlußstück 20 seine axiale Lage in dem Auslaßkanal 13 praktisch nicht, sondern liegt immer an dem Vorsprung 23 und an den die Quernut(en) 18 begrenzenden Rippen im Boden des Einsatzes 15 an. Desgleichen ist aufgrund der Ausbildung des Ventilverschlußstücks 20 mit der Dichtlippe 21 aus gummielastischem Material keine separate Rückstellfeder für das Ventilverschlußstück 20 und kein separates Abdeckteil für die Quernut(en) 18 erforderlich. Daher kann der Ringraum 19 sehr klein bemessen sein, so daß nach einer Produktausgabe allenfalls ein sehr geringer Produktrest in dem Raum zwischen der Dichtlippe 21 und der Austrittsöffnung 16 verbleibt, der durch über die Austrittsöffnung 16 eindringenden Luftsauerstoff und/oder eindringende Bakterien oder dergleichen kontaminiert werden und bei der nächsten Ausgabe gesundheitsschädlich wirken könnte. Die Dichtlippe 21 sorgt darüber hinaus aufgrund ihrer eigenelastischen festen Anlage an der Innenseite des Auslaßkanals 13 für eine sehr sichere Abdichtung, die ein Eindringen oder "Durchwachsen" von Bakterien bzw.
