Claims (9)

  1. Eine Öse für Senkel mit rascher Senkelloslösung, einschließend eine auf einem Obermaterial (12) eines Schuhs zu befestigende Basis (11) und einen Hebel (13), wobei besagter Hebel ein hakenförmiges Kopfteil (14) zum Eingriff eines Senkels (15) und ein Endteil (16), welcher für den Benutzer zur schnellen Loslösung zugänglich ist, aufweist, wobei besagter Hebel (13) imstande ist, in Bezug auf eine quer verlaufende Drehachse, aus einer geschlossenen Position zum Eingriff von besagtem Senkel (15), in der besagter Endteil (16) auf besagter Basis (11) ruht, in eine offene Position zur Loslösung von besagtem Senkel (15) zu rotieren, wobei besagte Gelenkachse so angeordnet ist, um, wenn der Senkel (15) gezogen wird, ein Moment zu erzeugen, welches stets so wirkt, um besagten Hebel (13) zu schließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (13) oberhalb der Basis (11) gelenkig gelagert ist.
  2. Die Öse für Senkel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oberer hakenförmiger Teil (18) von besagter Basis (11) hervorragt, wobei besagter Hebel (13) am Ende (17) von besagtem hakenförmigen Kopfteil (14) auf dem Ende (19) von besagtem Teil gelenkig gelagert ist, wobei besagter oberer Teil (18) und besagter Kopfteil (14) des Hebels (13), wenn sich besagter Hebel (13) in der geschlossenen Position befindet, ein durchgehendes hakenförmiges Profil für das Eingreifen des Senkels (15) bilden, wobei besagter Kopfteil (14) und besagter geformter Teil (18) das gleiche Querprofil aufweisen.
  3. Die Öse für Senkel nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagter Kopfteil (14) des Hebels (13) eine Gabel ist, welche mittels einer quer verlaufenden Drehachse (20, 120) auf besagtem oberen Teil (18) der Basis (11) drehbar gelagert ist.
  4. Die Öse für Senkel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile (22) von besagter Basis (11), welche sich seitlich angrenzend zu besagtem oberen Teil (18) befinden, Oberflächen aufweisen, die durch den durch besagtes gabelförmiges Kopfteil (14) des Hebels (13) festgelegten Schwenkbereich bestimmt sind, wobei besagter Kopfteil (14) über besagte seitliche Bereiche (22) streift.
  5. Die Öse für Senkel nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagter oberer Teil (118) der Basis (111) als Gabel ausgebildet ist, an welcher der Kopfteil (114) des Hebels (113) mittels einer quer verlaufenden Drehachse (220) gelenkig gelagert ist.
  6. Die Öse für Senkel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Drehachse (20) in entsprechende quer verlaufende Durchgangsbohrungen (28, 29), die in besagtem Kopfteil (14) und in besagtem oberen Teil (18) ausgebildet sind, eingesetzt ist.
  7. Die Öse für Senkel nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte Drehachse (120) mit besagtem Kopfteil (14) monolithisch ist und mittels Schnappvorgang in einen entsprechenden Sitz (21), der in besagtem oberen Teil (18) der Basis (11) ausgebildet ist, durch eine entsprechende Öffnung (27) eingreift.
  8. Die Öse für Senkel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagter Endteil (16) des Hebels (13) ein freies Ende (26) hat, welches mit besagter Basis (11) eine Stufe (25) formt und für den Benutzer zugänglich ist, um besagten Hebel (13) umzulegen und besagten Senkel (15) loszulösen.
  9. Die Öse für Senkel nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil von besagter Basis (11), auf welchem besagter Endteil (16) des Hebels (13) ruht, ein Profil aufweist, welches komplementär zu besagtem Endteil (16) geformt ist.
