Abstract
L"invention concerne un procédé chirurgical faisant intervenir une pièce à main sans cordon alimentée par un bloc-pile stérile contenant une pile prête à l"emploi ne nécessitant ni chargement ni stérilisation ultérieures. La pile est constituée de dioxyde de lithium/manganèse et peut être jetée après usage unique comme déchet non toxique. Ladite pièce à main chirurgicale compacte comporte un moteur sans balais à courant continu et un déclencheur extérieur à actionnement manuel, destiné à activer et commander les fonctions du moteur. Des ensembles de contacts de prise mutuelle disposés sur la pièce à main et sur la pile sont conçus pour entrer en prise mutuelle de manière verrouillée et conductrice par rotation du bloc-pile par rapport à la pièce à main. De cette manière, il est possible d"aligner rapidement les pièces de façon correcte, et de réaliser un assemblage et un support mécaniques stables.
