Claims (6)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) und einem mit dieser verbundenen Kraftstoffeinspritzventil (12) für jeden Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine, wobei die Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) einen ersten durch die Brennkraftmaschine in einer Hubbewegung angetriebenen Pumpenkolben (18) aufweist, der einen Pumpenarbeitsraum (22) begrenzt, dem Kraftstoff aus einem Kraftstoffvorratsbehälter (24) zugeführt wird, wobei das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil (12) einen mit dem Pumpenarbeitsraum (22) verbundenen Druckraum (40) und ein Einspritzventilglied (28) aufweist, durch das wenigstens eine Einspritzöffnung (32) gesteuert wird, das von dem im Druckraum (40) herrschenden Druck beaufschlagt gegen eine Schließkraft in einer Öffnungsrichtung (29) zur Freigabe der wenigstens einen Einspritzöffnung (32) bewegbar ist, mit einem ersten elektrisch betätigten Steuerventil (78), durch das eine Verbindung (76) des Pumpenarbeitsraums (22) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert wird und mit einem zweiten elektrisch betätigten Steuerventil (82), durch das eine Verbindung (80) eines Steuerdruckraums (52) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert wird, wobei der Steuerdruckraum (52) durch einen Steuerkolben (50) begrenzt ist, der von dem im Steuerdruckraum (52) herrschenden Druck beaufschlagt zumindest mittelbar auf das Einspritzventilglied (28) in einer Schließrichtung wirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) einen zweiten Pumpenkolben (60) aufweist, an dem der erste Pumpenkolben (18) nach einem Anfangsförderhub (a) zur Anlage kommt, so daß der zweite Pumpenkolben (60) ebenfalls einen Förderhub ausführt und daß durch den zweiten Pumpenkolben (60) ein Arbeitsraum (66) begrenzt wird, der mit dem Steuerdruckraum (52) verbunden ist. - Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Pumpenkolben (60) hohlzylinderförmig ausgebildet ist und daß der erste Pumpenkolben (18) durch den zweiten Pumpenkolben (60) hindurchtritt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Pumpenkolben (18) im Durchmesser gestuft ausgebildet ist und mit einer am Durchmesserübergang gebildeten Ringschulter (68) nach dem Anfangsförderhub (a) am zweiten Pumpenkolben (60) zur Anlage kommt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließkraft auf das Einspritzventilglied (28) durch eine Schließfeder (44) erzeugt wird, die sich zumindest mittelbar am Steuerkolben (50) abstützt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Steuerventile (78,82) durch einen gemeinsamen Aktor (86) betätigt werden.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Förderhub der beiden Pumpenkolben (18,60) zu einer Kraftstoffeinspritzung bei geschlossenem erstem Steuerventil (78) das zweite Steuerventil (82) geöffnet wird, so daß der Steuerdruckraum (52) entlastet ist, und daß zu einer Unterbrechung bzw. Beendigung der Kraftstoffeinspritzung das zweite Steuerventil (82) bei geschlossenem erstem Steuerventil (78) geschlossen wird, so daß im Steuerdruckraum (52) durch dessen Verbindung mit dem Arbeitsraum (66) Hochdruck herrscht, der über den Steuerkolben (50) das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil (12) schließt.
