Claims (5)

  1. Récipient flexible du type dérivé d'un corps de forme tubulaire (12) formé d'un film avec un joint thermique longitudinal (14) et de joints thermiques transversaux (13) des deux extrémités, le récipient comprenant au moins une zone de coin (16) définie entre un bord transversal (19) et un côté (23) et possédant, au niveau de son bord transversal (19) à proximité dudit joint thermique (13), une encoche de déchirement (20) qui est oblique par rapport au bord transversal (19) et qui est orienté dudit bord transversal (19) vers ledit côté (23) de manière à produire, par traction, le déchirement d'une partie (18) dudit film qui comprend une partie (13a) du joint thermique transversal (13) et une partie (15a) de la paroi tubulaire (15) caractérisé en ce que ledit déchirement libère un rabat correspondant (15b) de paroi qui est agencé au niveau de ladite zone de coin (16) et doté au moins partiellement à l'intérieur d'un adhésif à faible caractère collant (21) protégé par un film amovible (24), ledit rabat (15b) pouvant être replié sur la partie restante du récipient (10) de manière à le fermer par collage temporaire, ledit adhésif (21) protégé par ledit film amovible (24) étant positionné de telle sorte que sur la paroi de ladite zone de coin (16) qui est dotée à l'intérieur dudit adhésif (21) le déchirement de ladite partie (18) se propage dans une première direction parallèle à un bord de l'adhésif qui est adjacent et parallèle audit bord transversal (19) puis se propage dans une deuxième direction parallèle à un deuxième bord de l'adhésif qui est adjacent et parallèle audit côté (23).
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur la paroi de ladite zone de coin (16) qui est dotée à l'intérieur dudit adhésif (21), le déchirement de ladite partie (18) se propage le long desdits bords de l'adhésif (21) et sur la paroi opposée de ladite zone de coin (16), le déchirement de ladite partie (18) se propage le long de la direction oblique définie par ladite encoche de déchirement (20).
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une ligne de déchirement (17) qui part de ladite encoche de déchirement (20) et s'étend sur une partie (13a) d'un joint thermique transversal (13) et une partie de la paroi tubulaire (15).
  4. Récipient selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite ligne de déchirement (17) s'étend diagonalement au niveau d'une paroi (15) et suit le côté correspondant (23) et la zone intérieure de la paroi (15) qui est adjacente au joint thermique transversal correspondant (13).
  5. Récipient selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau d'une zone (22) qui est adjacente à un côté, sur le côté opposé par rapport à ladite encoche de déchirement (20), les deux parois (15) dudit récipient (10) sont soudées thermiquement localement de manière à constituer un élément de rétention destiné à interrompre le déchirement formé par ladite ligne (17).
