Claims (16)
- Eine Dispersion, die zumindest ein wesentlich lichtunempfindliches organisches Silbersalz, ein Suspensionsmedium und mit Absicht zugesetzte Metallnanoteilchen in einem Molverhältnis, bezogen auf das Gesamtmolverhältnis des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes, zwischen 0,05:1 und 10-6:1 enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wesentlich lichtunempfindliche organische Silbersalz wesentlich unlöslich im Suspensionsmedium ist.
- Dispersion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Metall Silber, Gold, Palladium oder eine Legierung derselben verwendet wird.
- Dispersion nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dispersion ferner strahlungsempfindliches Silberhalogenid enthält.
- Ein durch die nachstehenden Schritte gekennzeichnetes Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dispersion nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 :(i) Anfertigung einer Dispersion eines lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes, (ii) Anfertigung einer Dispersion von Metallkeimen, (iii) Vermischen der Dispersion von Metallkeimen von Schritt (ii) mit einer oder mehreren Dispersionen eines lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen thermografischen Schwarzweiß-Aufzeichnungsmaterials mit einem wärmeempfindlichen Element und einem Träger, wobei das wärmeempfindliche Element zumindest ein wesentlich lichtunempfindliches organisches Silbersalz, ein organisches Reduktionsmittel dafür in thermischer wirksamer Beziehung dazu, ein Tönungsmittel und ein Bindemittel enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmeempfindliche Element ferner mit Absicht zugesetzte Metallnanoteilchen in einem Molverhältnis, bezogen auf das Gesamtmolverhältnis des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes, zwischen 0,05:1 und 10-6:1 enthält, wobei das Verfahren durch die nachstehenden Schritte gekennzeichnet ist : (i) Vermischen einer Dispersion nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit einem Reduktionsmittel und einem Tönungsmittel und (ii) Auftrag der in Schritt (i) angefertigten Dispersion auf einen Träger.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines fotothermografischen Schwarzweiß-Aufzeichnungsmaterials mit einem wärmeempfindlichen Element und einem Träger, wobei das wärmeempfindliche Element zumindest ein wesentlich lichtunempfindliches organisches Silbersalz, ein organisches Reduktionsmittel dafür in thermischer wirksamer Beziehung dazu, ein Tönungsmittel und ein Bindemittel enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmeempfindliche Element ferner mit Absicht zugesetzte Metallnanoteilchen in einem Molverhältnis, bezogen auf das Gesamtmolverhältnis des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes, zwischen 0,05:1 und 10-6:1 enthält, wobei das Verfahren durch die nachstehenden Schritte gekennzeichnet ist : (i) Vermischen einer Dispersion nach Anspruch 3 mit einem Reduktionsmittel und einem Tönungsmittel und (ii) Auftrag der in Schritt (i) angefertigten Dispersion auf einen Träger.
- Ein thermografisches Schwarzweiß-Aufzeichnungsmaterial mit einem wärmeempfindlichen Element und einem Träger, wobei das wärmeempfindliche Element zumindest ein wesentlich lichtunempfindliches organisches Silbersalz und ein Bindemittel enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmeempfindliche Element ferner mit Absicht zugesetzte Metallnanoteilchen in einem Molverhältnis, bezogen auf das Gesamtmolverhältnis des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes, zwischen 0,05:1 und 10-6:1 enthält.
- Thermografisches Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Molverhältnis der mit Absicht zugesetzten Metallnanoteilchen im wärmeempfindlichen Element zum Gesamtmolverhältnis des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes zwischen 0,005:1 und 5 x 10-6:1 liegt.
- Thermografisches Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Molverhältnis der mit Absicht zugesetzten Metallnanoteilchen im wärmeempfindlichen Element zum Gesamtmolverhältnis des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes zwischen 0,002:1 und 10-5:1 liegt.
- Thermografisches Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmeempfindliche Element ferner ein Tönungsmittel enthält.
- Thermografisches Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tönungsmittel ein Phthalazinon, ein Phthalazinon-Derivat, ein Pyridazon, ein Pyridazon-Derivat, ein Benzoxazin-Derivat oder ein substituiertes Benzoxazin-Derivat ist.
- Thermografisches Aufzeichnungsmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wärmeempfindliche Element ferner strahlungsempfindliches Silberhalogenid enthält.
- Ein durch die nachstehenden Schritte gekennzeichnetes thermografisches Aufzeichnungsverfahren : (i) Anordnen einer Außenschicht eines thermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11 oder eines nach Anspruch 5 hergestellten thermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials in der Nähe einer Heizquelle, (ii) bildmäßige Beaufschlagung des thermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials, unter wesentlich wasserfreien Bedingungen, mit von der Heizquelle gelieferter Wärme zur Herstellung eines Bildes, wobei das Aufzeichnungsmaterial in der Nähe der Heizquelle gehalten wird, und (iii) Entfernen des thermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials von der Heizquelle.
- Aufzeichnungsverfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizquelle ein Dünnfilm-Thermokopf ist.
- Ein durch die nachstehenden Schritte gekennzeichnetes fotothermografisches Aufzeichnungsverfahren : (i) bildmäßige aktinische Belichtung des fotothermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials nach Anspruch 12, (ii) Anordnen einer Außenschicht des fotothermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials in der Nähe einer Heizquelle, (iii) vollflächige Beaufschlagung des fotothermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials, unter wesentlich wasserfreien Bedingungen, mit von der Heizquelle gelieferter Wärme zur Herstellung eines Bildes, wobei das Aufzeichnungsmaterial in der Nähe der Heizquelle gehalten wird, und (iv) Entfernen des fotothermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials von der Heizquelle.
- Verwendung in einem thermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterial mit einem wärmeempfindlichen Element, das zumindest ein wesentlich lichtunempfindliches organisches Silbersalz, ein organisches Reduktionsmittel dafür in thermischer wirksamer Beziehung dazu, ein Tönungsmittel und ein Bindemittel enthält, von Metallnanoteilchen, die dem wärmeempfindlichen Element mit Absicht in einem Molverhältnis, bezogen auf das Gesamtmolverhältnis des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes, zwischen 0,05:1 und 10-6:1 zugesetzt werden, um das Verhältnis des Dmax-Wertes zur Gesamtmenge des zumindest einen wesentlich lichtunempfindlichen organischen Silbersalzes pro Flächeneinheit des thermografischen Aufzeichnungsmaterials zu steigern.
