Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen eines Bodenabstichs eines metallurgischen Gefäßes (1) für flüssigen Stahl, insbesondere eines Elektroschmelzofens (2), mit einer verschiebbaren Verschlussplatte (8) und bei dem das Abstichloch (7) mit feuerfestem Material aufgefüllt wird, das mittels eines Presskolbens (11a) eingedrückt wird, vermeidet bogenförmige Presskanäle und das senkrechte Einführen von mit Stampfmasse umhüllten Kartuschen aus FF-Material, indem der Presskolben (11a) mittels eines in mehreren Stationen (14) horizontal verfahrbaren Wagens, in denen Granulat (15) in den Zylinder (11 b) eingebracht und vorbereitet wird, auf einer mit dem Abstichloch (7) fluchtenden Presskolben-Achse (11c) senkrecht von unten nach oben verstellbar und dabei das Granulat (15), das Abstichloch (7) voll ausfüllend unter Druck einbringbar ist.
