In der Figur ist allgemein mit 1 ein Schließkantensicherheitsprofil bezeichnet, das ein Befestigungsprofil 2, eine profilartige Schaltkammer 3 und eine als Profil ausgebildete Nachlaufkammer 4 aufweist.
An der dem Befestigungsprofil abgewandten Innenfläche der Schaltkammer 3 ist ein mit 5 bezeichneter Innenkörper eingearbeitet, der einstückig mit der Wand des Befestigungsprofils hergestellt ist. Der Innenkörper unterscheidet sich dadurch von der übrigen Wandung, dass er durch Beigabe von leitenden Stoffen elektrisch leitend ausgebildet ist. Mit eingebettet ist auch ein mit 6 bezeichneter Draht. Etwa mittig auf dem Innenkörper sind wulst- und/oder leistenartige Vorsprünge 7 angeformt, die im Querschnitt gesehen kleeblattförmig ausgebildet sind und entlang des Innenkörpers strangartig verlaufen. In der gegenüberliegenden Wand der Schaltkammer ist ein Mantelkörper 8 eingebettet, der einstückig mit der Wand hergestellt und durch Beigabe von leitenden Stoffen elektrisch leitend ausgebildet ist. An dem Mantelkörper 8 sind wulst- und/oder leistenartige Erhebungen 9 angebracht, die seitlich neben den Vorsprüngen 7 verlaufen und etwa die gleiche Höhe wie der Strang mit Vorsprüngen aufweisen. In der Nähe einer Erhebung ist in dem Mantelkörper 8 ebenfalls ein elektrisch leitender Draht 6 eingebaut. Die äußere Breite der Schaltkammer entspricht etwa der der Nachlaufkammer. Sie hat allerdings nur eine geringe Höhe (innere Erstreckung in Richtung Befestigungsprofil zu Nachlaufkammer), während die Nachlaufkammer (in derselben Richtung gesehen) zumindest doppelt so hoch ist. Weiterhin sind die seitlichen Wände der Schaltkammer bogenförmig gekrümmt und wesentlich dünner ausgeführt als die anschließenden seitlichen Wände der Nachlaufkammer, die auch im Wesentlichen gerade ausgeführt sind. Durch diese Ausgestaltung und Formgebung der Wände der Schaltkammer und der Nachlaufkammer ergeben sich besonders günstige Verhältnisse für eine schnelle Auslösung von Schaltimpulsen. Zwischen den Kammern sind auf den Außenseiten Längskerben 10 eingearbeitet, die die beschriebene Auslösekinematik noch verstärken.
Weiterhin ist in Verlängerung einer der Wände der Nachlaufkammer eine mit 11 bezeichnete Dichtlippe angeformt. Auch diese Dichtlippe trägt zum definierten Schalten in der Schaltkammer bei, weil bei einer Krafteinwirkung etwa senkrecht zur Mittellinie, die in Verlängerung der Schaltlippe angeordnete bogenförmige Wand der Schaltkammer eine höhere Krafteinwirkung erfährt und sich verformt, so dass bereits sehr frühzeitig eine Kontaktierung der Erhebung mit der Gegenfläche beziehungsweise mit einem der Vorsprünge erfolgt.

Claims (8)

  1.   2. Closing-edge guard profile according to Claim 1,
    characterized by the provision of two elevations (9), which correspond approximately to the height of the protrusions (7) and/or to the strand with the protrusions (7).
  3. Closing-edge guard profile according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that an electrically conductive wire (6) is embedded in a conductive state in the inner body (5) and/or in the casing body (8).
  4. Closing-edge guard profile according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the transition cross section between the chamber profiles has constrictions, preferably longitudinal notches (10) made from the outside on either side.

Closing-edge guard profile according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hollow profile is produced, in particular extruded or injected, in one piece with the fastening profile (2), chamber profiles, bead-like and/or strip-like protrusions (7) and elevations (9) including wires (6).
