Claims (9)
- Injecteur de carburant (1), en particulier injecteur pour installations de carburant de moteurs à combustion interne, comprenant une aiguille de soupape (3) qui coopère avec une surface de siège de soupape (6) pour former une portée étanche, et un induit (20) qui attaque l'aiguille de soupape (3), l'induit (20) étant mobile en translation axiale le long de l'aiguille de soupape (3) et étant amorti par un élément d'amortissement (32) composé d'un élastomère, avec une première bague intermédiaire (34) disposée entre l'induit (20) et l'élément d'amortissement (32), l'élément d'amortissement (32) s'appuyant sur une collerette (31) assemblée à l'aiguille de soupape (13) par liaison de force,
caractérisé en ce que
la bague intermédiaire (34) et/ou la collerette (31) présente au moins un canal radial et/ou axial qui relie un volume intérieur (36) situé entre l'aiguille de soupape (3) et l'élément amortisseur (32), à une cavité centrale (42) de l'injecteur de carburant (1). - Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'
une deuxième bague (39) est disposée entre l'élément amortisseur (32) et la collerette (31). - Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la deuxième bague intermédiaire (39) présente aussi au moins un canal destiné à établir la liaison entre le volume intérieur (36) et la cavité centrale (42) de l'injecteur de carburant (1). - Injecteur de carburant selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins un canal est constitué par un perçage radial (43) ménagé dans la collerette (31). - Injecteur de carburant selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins un canal est constitué par une rainure radiale prévue sur une face côté écoulement de la première bague intermédiaire (34). - Injecteur de carburant selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'
au moins un canal est constitué par une rainure radiale prévue sur une face côté arrivée (41) de la deuxième bague intermédiaire (39). - Injecteur de carburant selon une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
la collerette (31) est fixée à l'aiguille de soupape (3) par une soudure par segments. - Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
la collerette (31) est reliée à l'aiguille de soupape (3) par au moins deux segments de soudure (37) et que les segments de soudure (37) présentent une extension angulaire radiale d'environ 90°. - Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que
des lacunes de drainage (38) sont formées entre les segments de soudure (37).
