Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung, insbesondere Vorrichtung, die Infrarotstrahlen des "langwelligen" Typs ausstrahlt, wobei diese Vorrichtung wie ein Paneel (2) aussieht, das in Kombination zusammengesetzt ist aus:einem Bodenelement (3) in Form einer Platte oder einer Wanne, das den anderen Elementen (4, 5) des Paneels (2) als Auflager dient;einem Zwischenelement (4), das mindestens ein Metall-Heizband (12) trägt, das mit einer außenliegenden Stromquelle verbunden werden kann und dann eine Infrarotstrahlung des "mittelwelligen" Typs abgibt; undeinem in Form einer Platte oder Abdeckung gestalteten vorderen Element (5) mit schwacher thermischer Trägheit, das vor dem Zwischenelement (4) angebracht ist und eine Infrarotstrahlung des "langwelligen" Typs abstrahlen kann,
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrisch und thermisch isolierende Zwischenelement (4), das das Metall-Heizband oder die Metall-Heizbänder (12) trägt, gebildet ist durch eine Übereinanderlagerung von zwei oder mehreren Platten aus Keramikmaterial (9, 10, 11), vorzugsweise aus langfaseriger Keramik.
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in Form einer Platte oder Abdeckung gestaltete vordere Element (5) ein metallisches Element relativ geringer Dicke und Masse ist, dessen Oberfläche behandelt ist, um die Wärmeausbreitung und die Abstrahlung der Infrarotstrahlung des "langwelligen" Typs zu begünstigen.
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das als Wanne ausgebildete Bodenelement (3) an seinen gefalzten Längskanten (6) und/oder Querkanten (7) mit Distanzstücken (8) versehen ist, die das in Form einer Platte oder Abdeckung gestaltete vordere Element (5) auf Abstand zum Bodenelement (3) halten, wodurch sie einen Kontakt zwischen diesen zwei Elementen (3, 5) verhindern.
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das als Abdeckung gestaltete vordere Element (5) gefalzte Längskanten (13) und Querkanten (14) hat, die an der Außenseite und ohne direkten Kontakt die gefalzten Längskanten (6) und Querkanten (7) des in Form einer Wanne gestalteten entsprechenden Bodenelements (3) überdecken.
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Haltemittel in der Art von Stift oder Schraube (17) vorgesehen sind, die mit Spiel die gefalzten Längskanten (13) und/oder Querkanten (14) des als Abdeckung gestalteten vorderen Elements (5) mit den entsprechenden gefalzten Längskanten (6) und/oder Querkanten (7) des als Wanne gestalteten Bodenelements (3) verbinden.
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in Form einer Platte oder Abdeckung gestaltete vordere Element (5) in seinem zentralen Bereich eine Temperatursonde (19) trägt, die insbesondere für die automatische Regulierung der Temperatur dieser Heizvorrichtung (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Heizen mit Infrarotstrahlung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an einer ihrer Längs- oder Querkanten ein Stromanschlussgehäuse (18) für die Stromversorgung des Heizbands oder der Heizbänder (12) von der außenliegenden Stromquelle her und für den Anschluss der Temperatursonde (19) hat.
