Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour empêcher le glissement vertical mutuel des surfaces avants (escalade) de véhicules ferroviaires équipés de tampons (1) latéraux dans des collisions frontales, l'appareil (4) à ressort du tampon (1) latéral autorisant pour les forces se produisant en fonctionnement normal au plus une course dans laquelle le dispositif de protection anti-escalade n'entre pas en action, caractérisé en ce qu'une combinaison de nervures (2) avec un plateau (3) à nervures entoure les tampons (1) latéraux par le haut et par le bas, les tampons (1) latéraux pouvant être enfoncés pour un niveau de force limitée de manière définie au moins jusqu'à la surface de début des nervures (2) et la limitation de la course du tampon étant réalisée par une subdivision de la course totale sur plusieurs éléments montés les uns derrière les autres, seuls se déplaçant, pour les forces se produisant en fonctionnement, les éléments dont les courses ne dépassent pas dans la somme la valeur admissible.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure derrière le plateau (3) à nervures est constituée sous la forme d'une zone plissée qui se déforme avant le reste de la structure de base de la caisse de wagon.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tampon (1) latéral est fixé en direction de l'extrémité du véhicule avant la partie déformable de la zone plissée de façon à ce que, lors de la déformation de la zone plissée, le point de fixation soit déplacé par rapport au reste de la caisse de wagon.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de protection vis-à-vis de l'escalade et la zone plissée font partie d'une structure fabriquée séparément et pouvant être remplacée facilement après un accident.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des plateaux (7) à nervures sont disposés aussi latéralement aux plateaux de tampon.
