Diese Anschlagdichtung befindet sich in einer Aufnahme, die innenseitig an dem Gehäuse befestigt ist. Sofern die Absperrlamelle an einer mittig in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Schwenkwelle drehbar gelagert ist, wird die Absperrlamelle in zwei Teilbereiche von der Schwenkwelle unterteilt. Dabei ist je eine Dichtung entlang des Randes eines Teilbereiches der Absperrlamelle vorgesehen, wobei beide Dichtungen versetzt zueinander und in Strömungsrichtung gesehen auf je einer Seite der Schwenkwelle angeordnet sind. In der Schließstellung liegt die Absperrlamelle somit mit dem einen Teilbereich auf der einen Seite und mit dem anderen Teilbereich auf der anderen Seite der jeweiligen Anschlagdichtung an.Such flaps are used, inter alia, as fire dampers.
