Claims (9)

  1. Haltestangen für Präsentation und Verkauf verschiedener Gegenstände, bestehend aus einer Stange (1, 15,26), an einem Ende mit Elementen (2, 16, 27) zur Befestigung an einem vertikalen Träger versehen und am anderen Ende mit Elementen (3, 19, 28) zum Zurückhalten von Gegenständen, die auf die Stange aufgesteckt werden, einem entlang der Stange verschiebbaren Drücker (4,23,30) und elastischen Elementen (12,21,34), die den Drücker zu den Rückhalteelementen (3, 19, 28) ziehen; Besonderheit: die Stange ist hohl und weist innen diese elastischen Elemente auf, die mit einem Befestigungseisen zusammenwirken, das durch einen Längsschlitz der Stange führt und fest mit dem Drücker verbunden ist.
  2. Haltestangen gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnete dass die elastischen Elemente aus einer Druckfeder (34) bestehen, die zwischen den Befestigungselementen am Träger und dem Befestigungseisen eingefugt ist.
  3. Haltestangen gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnete dass die elastischen Elemente aus einer elastischen Verbindung (21) bestehen, die durch Ausdehnung wirkt und an dem dem Befestigungseisen entgegengesetzten Ende an einem Verschluss des freien Endes der Stange (1, 15,26) befestigt ist.
  4. Haltestangen gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Elemente aus einer Zugfeder (12) bestehen, die durch Ausdehnung wirkt und an dem dem Befestigungseisen entgegengesetzten Ende an einem Verschluss des freien Endes der Stange (1,15,26) befestigt ist.
  5. Haltestangen gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drücker an seiner den Befestigungselementen auf dem vertikalen Träger zugewandten Seite Führungselemente auf der Stange aufweist, die entweder aus einem Führungssteg (14, 24, 35) bestehen, dessen eine Seite auf der Stange aufliegt, oder aus einem Ring, der auf dem gesamten Umfang der Stange aufliegt, welcher der Länge des besagten Rings entspricht.
  6. Haltestangen gemäß einem der oben angeführten Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhalteelemente (3) direkt fest mit der Stange (1, 15, 26) verbunden sind und abnehmbar sein können.
  7. Haltestangen gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Verschluss (10, 18, 29) tragen, der in das freie Ende der Stange (1, 15, 26) hineingedrückt ist.
  8. Haltestangen gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (18, 19) einen Anschlag aufweist, der die Rückhalteelemente (19, 28) bildet.
  9. Haltestangen gemäß Patentanspruch 1 und einem der Patentansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungseisen (7, 22) gebogen ist, um den Halt dieses entsprechenden Endes der elastischen Zugelemente zu gewährleisten.
