- eine Draufsicht auf die Nockenwellen und den Lagerrahmen gemäß Figur 1, jedoch ohne aufgesetztes Werkzeug; und
- Figur 3
- in raumbildlicher Darstellung ein modifiziertes Werkzeug, mittels dem zusätzlich eine Nachjustierung der Nockenwellen oder eine Kalibrierung durchführbar ist.
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum phasenrichtigen Einstellen und Montieren der zumindest zwei Nockenwellen einer ventilgesteuerten Brennkraftmaschine relativ zu deren Gehäuse, wobei mittels eines formschlüssig an allen Nockenwellen angreifenden Werkzeuges diese Nockenwellen zueinander in der vorgegebenen Lage fixiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Gehäuse (10) mit einem aufschraubbaren Lagerrahmen (16), der hälftig zumindest je ein Nockenwellenlager abbildet, das Werkzeug (18;30) mit Einrichtungen (26;40) versehen wird, mittels der die Nockenwellen (12,14) mit dem Lagerrahmen (16) zusammenspannbar sind.
- Werkzeug zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Werkzeug (18;30) Einrichtungen (26;40) ausgebildet sind, die zusätzlich an dem Lagerrahmen (16) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig angreifen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Werkzeug (18;30) Spannelemente (20;46) zur festen Verbindung mit den Nockenwellen (12,14) vorgesehen sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen durch zumindest eine Spannschraube (26) gebildet sind, die in das Werkzeug (18) eingeschraubt sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zumindest ein am Werkzeug (30) schwenkbar angeordnetes Exzenterteil (40) ist, dessen exzentrisch verlaufende Spannfläche (40a) an dem Lagerrahmen (16) angreift.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit Schlüsselflächen (42a) zwischen zwei einzustellende Nockenwellen (12,14) mit korrespondierenden Schlüsselflächen eingreift, wobei die Schlüsselflächen (42a) an zwei um eine parallel zu den Nockenwellen-Drehachsen um eine Achse (36) schwenkbaren Brückenteilen (32,34) ausgebildet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem jeden Brückenteil (32,34) über zu den Nockenwellen-Drehachsen parallel ausgerichtete Bolzen (44) Spannbügel (46) schwenkbar angeordnet sind, die die Nockenwellen (12,14) im Bereich deren Schlüsselflächen umspannen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Schlüsselflächen (42a) aufweisender Abschnitt (42) eines Brückenteiles (32,34) und der korrespondierende Spannbügel (46) um die jeweilige Nockenwellen-Drehachse verdrehbar am Brückenteil (32,34) angeordnet und über Befestigungsmittel (52) feststellbar ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Abschnitt (42) über eine kreissymmetrische Schwalbenschwanzführung (50) an dem bügelförmigen Brückenteil (32,34) geführt und mittels Klemmschrauben (52) feststellbar ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Abschnitt (42) und an dem Brückenteil (32,34) eine Noniusteilung (54) angebracht ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt (42) relativ zum Brückenteil (32,34) über eine Differenzialschraube (56) mit unterschiedlichen Gewindesteigungen verstellbar ist, wobei die Differenzialschraube (56) in Haltebolzen (58,60) eingeschraubt ist, die in korrespondierende Bohrungen im Brückenteil (32,34) und im Abschnitt (42) eingesetzt sind.
