Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gehärteten Blechprofils aus einer gegebenenfalls vorgeformten Platine (1) aus Stahlblech. Zunächst wird an der Platine (1) ein Durchzug (5) mit einem vorstehenden Kragen (4) erzeugt. Anschließend wird die Platine (1) erwärmt und in einem Pressenwerkzeug (6) zum Blechprofil warm umgeformt und noch im Pressenwerkzeug (6) gehärtet. Beim Umformvorgang im Pressenwerkzeug erfolgt eine endformgebende Kalibrierung des Durchzugs (5). The invention relates to a method for producing a hardened sheet metal profile from an optionally preformed sheet (1) made of sheet steel. First, a passage (5) with a protruding collar (4) is produced on the board (1). The board (1) is then heated and hot-formed in a press tool (6) to the sheet profile and hardened in the press tool (6). During the forming process in the press tool, a final shaping calibration of the passage (5) takes place.
