Die Zentrale ist dabei im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel auf zwei unterschiedliche Dienstleister verteilt und umfasst eine beim ersten Dienstleister angesiedelte Benutzerdatenbank 7 mit personenbezogenen Daten der überwachten Person, Kontaktadressen, Pflegediensten, Pseudonymen oder dergleichen. Von ihr werden die mit einem entsprechenden Pseudonym versehenen Daten an die Sensordatenbank 8 beim zweiten Dienstleister weitergeleitet, wobei diese Sensordatenbank mit einem Expertensystem 9 gekoppelt ist um die eingehenden Sensordaten auszuwerten. Das Auswerteergebnis wird von der Sensordatenbank 8 an die Benutzerdatenbank 7 zurückgemeldet, die dann ihrerseits - da ja nur sie weiß, welcher Patient sich hinter dem anonymisiert ausgewerteten Daten verbirgt - unterschiedliche Alarme auslösen kann, beispielsweise kann sie eine Anfrage bei der überwachten Person starten (Rückrufstation 10) oder aber bei Verwandten anrufen (Weiterleitungsstation 11), sie kann auch bei einem Pflegedienst 12 eine Alarmmeldung absetzen oder gegebenenfalls direkt die Notarztzentrale 13 verständigen. Selbstverständlich sind dabei auch eine ganze Reihe weiterer unterschiedlicher Alarmstufen möglich, wie auch statt der gezeigten vier Gerätesensoren eine Vielzahl weiterer Sensoren in das System einbezogen werden können. Claims (8)

  1. System for automatically monitoring persons in a domestic environment by using sensors for detecting characteristic parameters which are supplied to a surveillance centre which, if necessary, alerts an alarm centre, particularly a service provider, the sensors (1-4) detecting a plurality of domestic devices, including measuring devices, used or operated regularly, and the sensor data being supplied personalized and automatically to the centre (7, 8) which evaluates the incoming data by using an expert system (9) with predetermined rules, characterized in that the centre is split to two service providers, one of which forwards the incoming data with encrypted personal data to the actual service provider handling the data in order to evaluate the incoming sensor data and also handles the connection to the alarm centre (10-13).
  2. System according to Claim 1, characterized in that the sensors (1-4) and/or the domestic forwarding station (5) compare(s) the sensor data, particularly the frequency of operation of a device, with predetermined data and forward(s) them to the centre only in the case of a deviation.

  6. System according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the sensors comprise water, gas or electricity meters.
