Claims (5)

  1. Assemblage d'un panneau de volet articulé lequel comporte en combinaison une portion profilée de la charnière oblongue (1) s'étendant sur toute la longueur verticale de chacun des panneaux, où ladite portion profilée de la charnière oblongue est équipée d'une paire de secteurs circulaires adjacents uniformément orientés (1a, 1b), d'une portion profilée de l'ossature (2) laquelle entoure et soutient le panneau orthogonalement configuré et présente une paire de cavités annulaires (2a, 2b) pour recevoir n'importe laquelle de ladite paire de secteurs circulaires adjacents uniformément orientés (1a, 1b) de la portion profilée de la charnière oblongue (1), où l'assemblage du panneau de volet articulé est construit en utilisant une dite portion profilée de la charnière oblongue (1) pour chaque paire de panneaux adjacents et avec l'engagement de chacune desdites paires de secteurs circulaires adjacents et uniformément orientés (1a, 1b) de la portion profilée de la charnière oblongue (1) à l'intérieur de chacune des cavités annulaires (2a, 2b) opposées de la portion profilée de l'ossature (2) de ladite paire de panneaux adjacents, caractérisé en ce que
    une portion du membre profilé de montage (3), lequel présente au moins une cavité annulaire (31) pour recevoir n'importe laquelle de ladite paire de secteurs circulaires adjacents et uniformément orientés (1a, 1b) de ladite portion profilée de la charnière oblongue (1), placée verticalement et horizontalement, circonférentiellement le long de l'ouverture où est installé l'assemblage du panneau de volet, où ladite portion du membre profilé de montage (3) comporte en outre des cavités orthogonales adjacentes (3k, 3m) ;
    ladite portion profilée de la charnière oblongue (1) est équipée d'un troisième secteur circulaire (1d) qui se trouve sur l'autre côté de la surface aplanie (1c) de celle-ci de laquelle est située ladite paire de secteurs circulaires uniformément orientés (1a, 1b), où le troisième secteur circulaire (1d) est adapté pour recevoir une goupille, laquelle dite goupille étant engagée à l'intérieur de la cavité longitudinalement étendue (3m) de la portion du membre profilé de montage (3) qui est placé horizontalement afin de fournir le déploiement guidé de l'assemblage du panneau de volet articulé le long de la direction déterminée par la portion du membre profilé de montage (3) horizontalement étendue ;
    chacune desdites portions profilées de l'ossature (2) étant équipée d'une cavité tubulaire (2j), où des boulons réciproquement mobiles (33) ou d'autres moyens de verrouillage traversent les cavités tubulaires (2j) de l'assemblage des panneaux articulés et sont insérés à l'intérieur des cavités (3k) formées et alignées d'une manière correspondante de la portion du membre profilé de montage (3) horizontalement étendue, où lesdits boulons (33) effectuent de ce fait le verrouillage, au-dessus et au-dessous, de l'assemblage du panneau de volet articulé sur une variété de positions désirées.
  2. Assemblage d'un panneau de volet articulé selon la Revendication 1 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que ladite portion profilée de la charnière oblongue (1) est coupée sur une longueur légèrement plus courte que la longueur verticale soit desdites portions profilées de l'ossature (2) qui entourent et soutiennent les panneaux de l'assemblage du panneau de volet articulé ou de ladite portion du membre profilé de montage (3) qui est fixement placé sur les parois latérales, de sorte qu'elle puisse être bouchée respectivement au dessus et au dessous de celle-ci avec des moyens de bouchage (9), lequel dit moyen de bouchage (9) a une forme tubulaire avec des dimensions telles afin de s'ajuster à l'intérieur de l'une des cavités annulaires (2a, 2b) desdites portions profilées de l'ossature (2) ou de ladite cavité annulaire (31) de la portion du membre profilé de montage (3) et peut alternativement prendre la forme d'un moyen de bouchage (9a), lequel comporte un corps cylindrique (9e) avec un ouverture transversale (9c), où un boulon (9d) est vissé à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (9c) afin d'entrer en contact avec la surface de la cavité annulaire (2a, 2b) ou (31), plaçant de ce fait fixement le moyen de bouchage (9a) dans cette position, ou de prendre la forme d'un moyen de bouchage (9b), lequel comporte un corps cylindrique (9g) avec un filet aigu sur sa circonférence et une tête (9f) laquelle est utilisée pour conduire le corps cylindrique (9g) à l'intérieur de la cavité annulaire (2a, 2b) ou (31), permettant de ce fait l'ouverture à l'intérieur de celle-ci d'un filet rainuré de réception et de stabilisation.
  3. Assemblage d'un panneau de volet articulé selon la Revendication 1 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion profilée aplanie (8) peut être utilisée comme profil alternatif, horizontalement étendu sur chacun des panneaux orthogonalement formés, où ladite portion profilée aplanie (8) comporte une paire de surfaces parallèles externes aplanies (8a, 8b) et une paire de surfaces parallèles internes (8c, 8d) lesquelles sont perpendiculairement disposées sur les surfaces externes ci-dessus pour les relier et où chacune desdites surfaces parallèles internes (8c, 8d) est équipée d'une nervure longitudinalement étendue formant une ouverture (8e) et où l'ossature orthogonale qui entoure et soutient chacun des panneaux de l'assemblage du panneau de volet est alternativement construite
    soit en utilisant des morceaux de la même portion profilée de l'ossature (2) verticalement et horizontalement étendue, où lesdits morceaux sont coupés sur un angle de 45° sur leurs écoinçons et par la suite sont vissés sur leur écoinçon au moyen de vis (13) après l'introduction dans cet écoinçon d'une pièce angulaire (15) de préférence en métal qui s'insère fixement à l'intérieur des interstices entre les surfaces parallèles internes (2g, 2h) desdites portions profilées de l'ossature (2),
    ou en utilisant des morceaux de la même portion profilée de l'ossature (2) verticalement étendue, en combinaison avec les morceaux de ladite portion profilée aplanie (8) horizontalement étendue et en utilisant des vis (13) qui passent à travers la portion profilée de l'ossature (2) verticalement étendue pour relier celle-ci fixement dans des nervures longitudinalement étendues avec des orifices (8e) de la portion profilée aplanie (8).

Assemblage d'un panneau de volet articulé selon la Revendication 1 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en plus un moyen pour la création d'une surface inflexible de connexion entre les panneaux articulés pliables, où ledit moyen est une portion profilée (30) laquelle est identique à ladite portion profilée de l'ossature (2) mais comprend en plus une paire de cavités annulaires sur ses deux extrémités, ainsi se forme une surface inflexible de connexion de longueur préférentielle entre deux panneaux articulés pliables si deux ou plusieurs portions profilées (30) sont reliées ensemble à l'aide de portions profilées de la charnière (1), avec une portion profilée de la charnière (1) pour chaque paire de cavités annulaires (30), où ladite portion profilée (30) comprend en plus une cavité tubulaire semblable à la cavité tubulaire (2j) de la portion profilée de l'ossature (2), où les boulons réciproquement mobiles (33) ou d'autres moyens de verrouillage passent à travers lesdites cavités tubulaires des portions profilées (30) dans les assemblages de panneaux articulés et sont insérés à l'intérieur des cavités (3k) formées et alignées d'une manière correspondante de ladite portion du membre profilé de montage (3) horizontalement placé, où lesdits boulons (33) effectuent de ce fait le verrouillage, au-dessus et au-dessous, de l'assemblage du panneau de volet articulé sur une variété de positions désirées.
  5. Assemblage d'un panneau de volet articulé selon la Revendication 1 ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en plus une portion profilée de la charnière d'extension (20), laquelle dite portion profilée de la charnière d'extension (20) est utilisée sur le côté de la portion du membre profilé de montage (3) pour la déviation de l'assemblage d'un panneau de volet articulé pliable d'une direction parallèle à la portion du membre profilé de montage (3) en contact avec la paroi latérale de l'ouverture dans une direction parallèle à la surface frontale de la paroi du bâtiment, où ladite portion profilée de la charnière d'extension (20) comporte deux portions semblables des membres rotativement reliés (21, 22) lesquelles s'étendent sur des cavités correspondantes (21c, 22c) pour la réception d'un quelconque des secteurs circulaires d'une portion profilée de la charnière (1) au moyen de laquelle est effectué ledit mouvement rotatif, tandis que les extrémités libres desdites portions des membres (21, 22) sont reliées respectivement à la portion du membre profilé de montage (3) et au bout de la portion profilée de l'ossature (2).
