Claims (8)
- Formzylinder für eine Druckmaschine, insbesondere in Lack- oder Druckwerken einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einer vorderen Klemmeinrichtung zur Aufnahme des vorlaufenden Endes einer Druckform und einer hinteren Klemmeinrichtung zur Aufnahme des nachlaufenden Endes der Druckform sowie einem Stellelement zum Betätigen der vorderen und hinteren Klemmeinrichtung sowie zum Spannen der Druckform,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch das Stellelement (11) in einer ersten Bewegungsphase ausschließlich die hintere Klemmeinrichtung (5, 6) und in einer zweiten Bewegungsphase die vordere Klemmeinrichtung (3,4) betätigbar ist. - Formzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorderen Klemmeinrichtung (3,4) ein über eine Welle (7) betätigbarer Exzenter (8) zugeordnet ist. - Formzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hinteren Klemmeinrichtung (5, 6) ein durch eine Welle (9) betätigbarer Exzenter (10) zugeordnet ist. - Formzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Klemmeinrichtung (5, 6) schwenkbar um eine parallel zur Achse des Formzylinders (1) verlaufende Achse gelagert ist. - Formzylinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Klemmeinrichtung (5, 6) um die Achse der Welle (9) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Formzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um die Achse der Welle (7) ein zweiarmiger Hebel (14, 15)
drehbar gelagert ist, dem zwei Anschläge (12, 13) am Exzenter (8) zugeordnet sind. - Formzylinder nach Anspruch 2, 3 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Welle (9) der hinteren Klemmeinrichtung (5, 6) ein Hebel (18) zugeordnet ist, der über eine Koppel (16) mit einem Hebel (14) der Welle (7) der vorderen Klemmeinrichtung (3, 4) gekoppelt ist. - Formzylinder nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entgegen Federkraft verschwenkbare hintere Klemmeinrichtung (5, 6) über einen zweiten an der Welle (9) angebrachten Hebel (17) als Mitnehmer betätigbar ist.
