Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif de traitement d'une bande comprenant au moins un poste de débobinage, au moins un poste (1) de traitement d'une bande et au moins un poste de rembobinage, un poste (2) d'étirage des bords de la bande, qui étire les bords de la bande, étant prévu entre le poste de débobinage et le poste de rembobinage,
    caractérisé en ce que le poste (2) d'étirage des bords de la bande comprend deux unités (3) d'étirage des bords de la bande, s'engreneant latéralement dans la bande, et qu'une unité (3) d'étirage des bords de la bande comprend respectivement au moins trois rouleaux (4) de renvoi des bords de la bande, que les rouleaux (4) de renvoi des bords de la bande sont réglables les uns par rapport aux autres, de manière essentiellement perpendiculaire au plan de la bande, que les rouleaux (4) de renvoi de la bande sont configurés en forme de cône tronqué, et que les unités (3) d'étirage des bords de la bande sont agencées de façon coulissante dans le plan de la bande, perpendiculairement au sens d'avance de la bande.
  2. Procédé de traitement d'une bande, dans lequel la bande est dévidée d'une bobine dans un poste de débobinage et est rembobinée sur une bobine dans un poste de rembobinage, les bords de la bande étant soumis, entre le poste de débobinage et le poste de rembobinage, à un étirage dans un poste d'étirage des bords de la bande en employant un dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les bords de la bande sont acheminés selon une boucle de taille variable, réglable par l'intermédiaire d'au moins trois rouleaux tronconiques de renvoi des bords de la bande, réglables les uns par rapport aux autres, montés sur des unités d'étirage des bords de la bande d'un poste d'étirage des bords de la bande, réglables en coulissement perpendiculairement au sens d'avance de la bande, et entrant latéralement en engrenement avec les bords de la bande, la zone à étirer des bords de la bande étant réglée grâce à un déplacement coulissant des unités d'étirage des bords de la bande perpendiculairement au sens d'avance de la bande, et la bande subissant un étirage plus fort vers les bords de la bande.
