Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Leistungseinstellung eines gasbetriebenen Gargeräts durch Einstellung einer vollständigen Verbrennung eines einem Gasbrenner des Gargerätes zugeführten Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches mit folgenden Schritten:

  • Bestimmen einer von dem Gasbrenner abzugebenden Heizleistung und der für eine vollständige Verbrennung notwendigen Luftzahl,
  • Einstellen der dem Gasbrenner zugeführten Luftmenge in Abhängigkeit von der bestimmten Heizleistung und der bestimmten Luftzahl, und
  • Einstellen der bestimmten Luftzahl über Einstellen der dem Gasbrenner bei konstanter Zufuhr der eingestellten Luftmenge zugeführten Brenngasmenge, indem zu Beginn eines ersten Zündversuches des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches die Zusammensetzung desselben unterhalb der unteren Zündgrenze liegt, anschließend die zugeführte Brenngasmenge kontinuierlich und/oder schrittweise für weitere Zündversuche bis zu einer erfolgreichen Zündung, also bis zum Zündpunkt, erhöht wird, die am Zündpunkt des Brenngas-Luft-Gemisches zugeführte Brenngasmenge erfaßt wird, aus der erfaßten zugeführten Brenngasmenge der Heizwert des Brenngases hergeleitet wird und über den hergeleiteten Heizwert die für eine vollständige Verbrennung notwendige Brenngasmenge eingestellt wird; sowie ein dieses Verfahren nutzendes Gargerät.

  • Setting the determined air ratio by adjusting the amount of fuel gas supplied to the gas burner with constant supply of the set amount of air, in that at the start of a first attempt at ignition of the fuel gas / air mixture the composition thereof is below the lower ignition limit, then the amount of fuel gas supplied is continuous and / or step by step for others Ignition attempts up to a successful ignition, i.e. up to the ignition point, are increased, the amount of fuel gas supplied at the ignition point of the fuel gas-air mixture is detected, the calorific value of the fuel gas is derived from the detected amount of fuel gas supplied, and the calorific value for complete combustion is derived from the derived calorific value necessary amount of fuel gas is set; and a cooking device using this method.
