Abstract

Eine Schaltkontaktanordnung besitzt einen feststehenden Schaltkontakt (4) und einen mit diesem zusammenwirkenden Kontakthebel (5), der an einem Kontaktträger (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist. Eine Offenhaltefeder (16) sowie eine Kontaktkraftfeder (17) greifen mittels zugeordneter Ausleger (14) bzw. (15) des Kontakthebels (5) an diesem mit veränderbarer Kraftrichtung derart an, dass bei geschlossener Stellung des Kontakthebels (5) die Offenhaltefeder mit einem minimalen und die Kontaktkraftfeder mit einem maximalen Hebelarm am Kontakthebel (5) angreift. In der geöffneten Stellung des Kontakthebels relativ zu dem Kontaktträger (7) ist die Wirkung der genannten Federn umgekehrt. Die Schaltkontaktanordnung eignet sich für strombegrenzende Niederspannungs-Leistungsschalter und hat die Eigenschaft, dass ein indifferenter Bereich der Schwenkung des Kontakthebels (5) relativ zum Kontaktträger (7) gering und somit die Sicherheit für den Übergang des Kontakthebels aus der geschlossenen in die vollständig geöffnete Stellung bei Auftreten eines Kurzschlussstromes hoch ist.
