Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif (10, 110, 210) de fermeture pour un récipient (12, 112, 212) équipé d'une ouverture (14, 114, 214) au niveau de laquelle est monté un orifice (40, 140, 240) de distribution cylindrique fermé par un embout (20, 120, 220) doté d'un filetage interposé (24, 46, 124, 146, 224, 246), avec des éléments (55, 155, 255) de scellement prévus entre ledit orifice (40, 140, 240) et ledit embout (20, 120, 220) pour illustrer une première utilisation dudit récipient (12, 112, 212), dans lequel ledit dispositif (10, 110, 210) de fermeture est obtenu par moulage en une pièce unique, et dans une première position immédiatement après le moulage, entre ledit embout (20, 120, 220) et ledit orifice (40, 140, 240) de distribution, lesdits éléments (55, 155, 255) de scellement, qui forment un anneau (30, 130, 230) de sécurité, appelé anneau (30, 130, 230) de protection, étant raccordé au moins au niveau d'une extrémité, à un bord (22, 122, 222) libre dudit embout (20, 120, 220), par des éléments (50, 150, 250) formant pont et au moins sa seconde extrémité est raccordée audit orifice (40, 140, 240), par lesdits éléments (55, 155, 255) de scellement,
       caractérisé en ce que dans une seconde position de fonctionnement sur le récipient, ledit embout est inséré dans ledit anneau (30, 130, 230) et ledit orifice (40, 140, 240) de distribution, et après avoir brisé lesdits éléments (50, 150, 250) formant pont, il met en prise au moins une saillie (32, 132, 232) avec au moins un évidement (26, 126, 226), respectivement créés sur l'anneau (30, 130, 230) et sur l'embout (20, 120, 220), ou vice et versa, et un premier filetage (24, 124, 224) de l'embout (20, 120, 220) avec un second filetage (46, 146, 246) de l'orifice (40, 140, 240), de sorte que ledit embout (20, 120, 220) devient une unité unique avec ledit anneau (30, 130, 230).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit embout (20, 120, 220), après avoir brisé les éléments (50, 150, 250) formant pont, forme une unité unique avec ledit anneau (30, 130, 230), de sorte qu'une série d'arêtes (34, 134, 234) créées sur ladite saillie (32, 132, 232) collaborent avec les gorges (28, 128, 228) créées sur ledit évidement (26, 126, 226).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments (50, 150, 250) formant pont sont étendus dans une direction qui est essentiellement perpendiculaire avec l'axe du dispositif (10, 110, 210), et ces derniers sont brisés lorsqu'ils sont soumis à une pression appliquée dans une direction axiale.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments (55, 155, 255) de scellement sont créés en forme de pont et sont étendus dans une direction qui est essentiellement parallèle à l'axe du dispositif (10, 110, 210), et ils sont brisés lorsqu'ils sont soumis à une pression par une rotation autour de l'axe.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit orifice (40) de distribution a une structure cylindrique qui est équipée d'une extension depuis le dessous, dans la direction selon des angles droits par rapport à l'axe, de sorte qu'ils forment une plaque (44) de support circulaire, qui est fixée sur le récipient (12) autour de son ouverture (14).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit orifice (140) de distribution a une structure cylindrique qui est équipée de deux extensions au-dessous, une dans une direction selon des angles droits par rapport à l'axe, formant la plaque (144) de support circulaire, et une autre dans la direction axiale, qui forme un anneau (148), sur l'extérieur de l'anneau (148), un logement est creusé autour de la circonférence (149), pour loger la lèvre de l'ouverture (114) du récipient (112) après que ledit dispositif (110) a été inséré par encliquetage sur l'extérieur du récipient (112), jusqu'à ce que la plaque (144) soit fixée sur la surface externe du récipient (112).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit orifice (240) de distribution a une structure cylindrique qui est équipée de deux extensions au-dessous, une dans une direction selon des angles droits par rapport à l'axe formant une plaque (244) formant lèvre de support circulaire, et une autre dans une direction axiale formant un cylindre (248), le dispositif (210) étant inséré depuis l'intérieur du récipient (212), jusqu'à ce qu'il fixe la plaque (244) formant lèvre circulaire autour de l'ouverture (214) du récipient (212).
