Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kraftstoffinjektor für Kraftstoffeinspritzsysteme an Brennkraftmaschinen. Der Injektor umfasst ein Gehäuse (2, 3), in welchem hintereinanderliegend angeordnete Ventile (8, 24) aufgenommen sind. Eines der Ventile (8, 24) wird über einen dem Injektor zugeordneten Aktor (4) betätigt. Jedem der Ventile (8, 24) ist ein aufsteuerbarer Steuerraum (13, 26) mit jeweils einem Zulauf (23, 20) zugeordnet. Die Ventile (8, 24) sind als nach innen öffnende Ventile ausgebildet. Das über den Aktor (4) betätigbare der Ventile (8, 24) betätigt das andere der Ventile (8, 24), das über ein erstes Federelement (19) vorgespannt ist, über ein Federpaket (37, 38). The invention relates to a fuel injector for fuel injection systems on internal combustion engines. The injector comprises a housing (2, 3) in which valves (8, 24) arranged one behind the other are accommodated. One of the valves (8, 24) is actuated via an actuator (4) assigned to the injector. Each valve (8, 24) is assigned a controllable control chamber (13, 26), each with an inlet (23, 20). The valves (8, 24) are designed as inward opening valves. The valve (8, 24) which can be actuated by the actuator (4) actuates the other of the valve (8, 24), which is pretensioned by a first spring element (19), by means of a spring assembly (37, 38).
