Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sock, in particular a Sports or hiking socks, whereby under the term "sock" also knee-highs and legwear with longer ones Lengths are understood.
For example, sports or hiking socks often exist from a basic knitted fabric, from a basic or carrier yarn or several such yarns is worked. This Yarns are usually made of or are made of polyamide elastic yarns (PA / EA) covered with polyamide threads. With the material of the basic knitted fabric are particular reinforcement yarns in the area of the sole, toe and heel processed so that when in use highly stressed areas a correspondingly increased Resilience of the sock results. For comfort to increase it is known in reinforcement areas, especially on the sole, that with the base or carrier yarn knitted reinforcing yarn to form Knit plush handles. In the gain area also often with a reinforcing yarn material worked, which can absorb moisture. Typical this is wool, cotton, but also all types of wool or Cotton blends with acrylic, polyamide or polyester, just to mention a few examples. The reinforcement yarn is usually plated onto the base yarn.
In addition, it is also known in socks or legwear so-called functional yarns together with the base or carrier yarn, often in localized Areas to knit, thereby adding additional product Equip functions. Such a function exists for example, moisture from the skin of the wearer derived and to layers of the knitted fabric lying above leave. To achieve this function, functional yarn used, which has a high moisture wicking ability having. In particular, polyester and or yarn containing polypropylene fibers or filaments in question, with various modifications on the Basis of polyester (PES), polyamide (PA) or polypropylene possible are.
By knitting reinforcement and / or Functional yarns with the base or carrier yarn of the Basic socks get the sock in the reinforcement or Functional areas necessarily a compared to the simple Basic knit thicker knitted fabric of greater thickness, the has a heat-insulating effect. In normal use, however, longer sock not only moisture, but it also increases the temperature in the Reinforcement and functional areas. That is said to be uncomfortable felt because it is additional to the wearer Sweating, but also the occurrence of unpleasant signs of friction can lead.
The object of the invention is to remedy this and the To increase the comfort of the sock.
To solve this problem are in functional yarn or Functional or reinforcing areas containing reinforcing yarn the sock formed air channels through meshes of the basic fabric are formed, which with the Functional or reinforcing yarn are not knitted.
The in the functional and / or reinforcement areas Detach incorporated air or general transport channels the problems described above. Because through the Running movement of the wearer creates a kind of pumping effect significantly promoted heat dissipation from the foot. this applies especially in the area of the sole, if the arranged there Air channels essentially transverse to the longitudinal direction of the sole are arranged running, whereby they advantageously have a substantially V-shaped course can. Depending on the construction of the sock and the type and style of footwear in which the sock mainly Other training can be used and arrangements of the air channels may be appropriate.
Additionally or exclusively in those with functional yarn wear knitted air ducts in worked areas to facilitate heat dissipation from the wearer's foot at, so especially in connection with modern footwear which has incorporated textile network structures, like this with modern light hiking or trekking shoes usually the case is given a perfect function is. Depending on the requirements of the footwear, additional Reinforcement or functional areas also in Shaft area, i.e. appropriate in the area of the length of the sock his.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der neuen Socke sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.Advantageous further developments of the new sock are the subject of subclaims.

veranschaulicht:The in Figures 1 to 3 in two different embodiments

auch Acryl-, Polyamid- oder Polyestergarne und deren Mischungen.1 is with the
Das Verstärkungsgarn 11 ist in dem Verstärkungsbereich
10 unter der Ausbildung von Plüschhenkeln abgestrickt, die
auf der Sockeninnenseite liegen.The
10, in denen unterschiedliche Verstärkungsgarne
verarbeitet sind. While in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the
According to the
Die Luftkanäle 50, 80 sind jeweils durch Maschen 51
bzw. 81 des aus dem Grundgarn 6 gestrickten Grundgestricks
gebildet mit denen kein Funktionsgarn 8 oder Verstärkungsgarn
11 verstrickt ist. Wie aus den Figuren 5, 6 zu entnehmen,
liegt das Funktionsgarn 8 bzw. das Verstärkungsgarn 11
im Bereiche dieser Grundgestrickmaschen 51, 81 flott, wie
dies bei 52 und 82 angedeutet ist.The
The
gestrickten, nebeneinander liegenden Maschen 81.
Grundgestricks liegen. As shown in Fig. 5 and others. the width corresponds to it
the narrow,
liegenden, parallel zueinander verlaufenden
1, 2 ersichtlichen Weise gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet.
The
10 unmittelbar aneinander an. Das Funktionsgarn 8
und das Verstärkungsgarn 11 sind längs eines Maschenstäbchens
100 (Fig. 4) gemeinsam abgestrickt und dann abgeschnitten. As can be seen from Fig. 4, close along the
2 gerippt. In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the sock has
additionally incorporated zones of increased compressibility
on, which is indicated in FIG. 2 as so-called
In addition, there are other functions, such as a partial

Finally, an integrated brand logo can e.g.
