Description
The present invention relates to a drilling tool and delivery and installation for making molded piles using said tool.
As is well known, the technique of molded piles or drilled consists first of all in carrying out a drilling in the ground having the shape of the stake that you want to make and then gradually fill the drilling with concrete, mortar or grout.
The quality of the pile obtained depends on the injection conditions concrete or grout in the drilling but also and above all the quality of drilling carried out. The quality of drilling depends very largely the quality of the borehole wall and in particular the compaction and the shape of the concrete / soil interface.
During the action of the tool to perform the drilling, it can be used in two main modes: in actual drilling or in repression. Most often the tool works in a combination of these two modes, each mode having more importance or less.
For a given tool, consisting of an auger, the rate maximum discharge under optimal conditions of use is provided by the ratio of the cross section of the auger core to the cross section of the auger blade.
The effective rate of refoulement depends on the coefficient of screwing and it also depends on the relationship between speed tool insertion speed and tool rotation speed compared to the auger pitch.
US 6,033,152.We already know of augers designed to work in drilling and backflow. Such augers are notably described in European patent EP 0 693 158 and in US patent 6,033,152.
However, the drilling tools described in these documents certainly improve the condition of the borehole wall during tool sinking but they do not take into consideration all the factors which are likely to cause the deterioration of the state of the borehole wall when the tool leaves the borehole. However, it goes without saying that the quality of the wall obtained during the descent of the tool should be maintained or even improved further when tool raising phase during which the injection is carried out concrete, mortar or grout.
A first object of the invention is to provide a tool for drilling and backflow which allows to obtain this result.
- a core ending in a point, said core having a running part of external diameter D 0 and an enlarged part close to the point, the enlarged part comprising a first frustoconical portion whose apex is directed towards the point and whose diameter increases by D 0 has a diameter D 1 > D 0 and a second frustoconical portion whose apex is arranged in the direction opposite to the tip and whose diameter decreases from D 1 to D 0 ; and
- at least a first blade of which a first part surrounds the first frustoconical portion and whose external diameter increases from D 2 > D 0 to D 3 > D 1 , a second part around the second frustoconical portion has an external diameter which decreases from D 3 to D 4 (D 4 > D 2 ) and a third part surrounding the current part of the core and whose external diameter is equal to D 4 , D 4 being substantially equal to D 1 .
Preferably, the drilling and delivery tool is characterized in that said core is hollow over its entire length for allow the passage of concrete, mortar or grout and in this that it comprises a removable closure element mounted at its point.
Alternatively, a mounted telescopic tube can be provided in the axial bore of the tool and intended for the passage of concrete.
A second object of the invention is to provide a installation for making molded or bored piles using such a tool.
- un moyen de guidage vertical ;
- un train de forage et de refoulement comprenant au moins l'outil de forage du type défini précédemment ;
- une tête de mise en rotation guidée le long du moyen de guidage vertical pour mettre en rotation ledit train ;

- a rotation head guided along the vertical guide means for rotating said train;
- means for feeding concrete to said drill string; and
- means for measuring the speed of rotation, the speed of descent, the depth of the tool and the vertical thrust on the tool.
Thanks to such an installation, it is possible to control in permanently the tool's mode of action during the descent phase and the tool ascent phase, this second phase accompanied by the injection of concrete, mortar or grout into the drilling.

Referring first to Figures 1 to 3, we will describe a drilling and delivery tool according to the invention.
The
Preferably, the
The upper
Les longueurs axiales L3 et L4 sont égales à 240 mm.In a particular embodiment, the diameter D 0 is equal to 180 mm and the diameter D 1 is equal to 350 mm. The axial lengths L 3 and L 4 are equal to 240 mm.
More generally, the lengths L 3 and L 4 are between D 0 and D 1 . In addition, the half-angle at the top of the truncated cones is less than 45 degrees.
externe D4. D4 est sensiblement égal à D1.The tool also comprises at least a first
D2, D2 étant inférieur à ou égal à D1.Around the upper
Preferably, around the two
In addition, in the particular embodiment described,
En variante, le coulis, le béton ou le mortier peut être délivré par un tube télescopique monté dans le passage axial de l'outil et appelé souvent "tube plongeur".Alternatively, grout, concrete or mortar can be delivered by a telescopic tube mounted in the axial passage of the tool and often called "dip tube".
Selon un exemple préféré de réalisation, le diamètre D4 est égal à 350 mm, le diamètre D3 est égal à 440 mm et le diamètre D2 est égal à 250 mm.According to a preferred embodiment, the diameter D 4 is equal to 350 mm, the diameter D 3 is equal to 440 mm and the diameter D 2 is equal to 250 mm.
As shown in the figures, the
We will describe below the mode of action of the tool described in connection with Figures 1 to 3.
The lower frusto-
If the nature of the soil is suitable, the frustoconical part
upper 24 produces a soil recompaction effect when
tool raised in the borehole. This recompaction effect of the
upper
l'outil. In addition, due to the fact that the external diameter D 4 of the blade in its running
During the discharge of the soil produced during the raising of the tool, the soil in place is recompressed and the earth present in the blade of the current part of the auger is forced in whole or in part to be replaced in the loose soil in place beyond the nominal delivery diameter D 1 of the tool.
de forage et de refoulement représenté sur les figures 1 à 3.Referring now to Figure 4, we will describe a
installation for making bored or molded
preferably tracks 52 and carrying a
To be able to control the mode of action of
To optimize the injection of concrete, mortar or grout
in drilling,
As already explained, by ordering suitably the speed of rotation of the tool and its speed of penetration into the ground, we can define the repression rate and the drilling rate, in particular depending on the nature of the different layers of land crossed by the tool.
Cette phase est contrôlée par les capteurs 76 et 78.At peak, when the target seat layer is reached by
the tool, a screwing phase with the use of a thrust
additional to the weight of the tool (produced by the motor 60) can
be used to create optimal backflow at the bottom of the borehole.
This phase is controlled by
pieu fini. Two methods of concreting can be used after drilling has been completed. According to the first method which makes it possible to obtain a pile of nominal diameter D 1 , the
According to the second concreting method, which makes it possible to obtain a pile with a nominal diameter D 3 , the tool is not unscrewed during its ascent. The auger is torn off, possibly giving it a slow rotation in the direction of screwing. We can then accentuate the asymmetry of the auger wings in the zone where their diameter is maximum (junction of the two frustoconical parts of the core) in order to print in the ground a helical trace winding around the drilled cylinder allowing improve the friction characteristics of the pile.
