Claims (6)

  1. Ein optimierter Riegel ( 1 ) fiir Türen und Fenster, der folgendes umfasst:
    Riegelelemente (3);
    Hebelelemente (5), die geeignet sind, mit den genannten Riegelelementen (3) zusammenzuarbeiten, um sie jeweils in ihre zwei Betriebsstellungen der Öffnung und Schließung von Türen und Fenstern zu verstellen;
    Tragelemente (7) für die genannten Hebelelemente (5), wobei die genannten Tragelemente (7) mit elastischen Blattfederelementen (9) ausgestattet sind, um die genannten Hebelelemente (5) in die genannten zwei Betriebsstellungen zu verstellen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er darüber hinaus mit elastischen Elementen (11) ausgerüstet ist, die geeignet sind, die genannten Riegelelemente (3) operativ mit den genannten Hebelelementen (7) zu verbinden.
  2. Ein Riegel (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten elastischen Mittel (11) aus einer Feder bestehen, die eine im wesentlichen rechteckige offene Ringform aufweist, wobei die genannte Feder (11) mit einem Paar paralleler Arme (14, 16) von untereinander unterschiedlicher Länge ausgestattet ist und jeder dieser Arme (14, 16) jeweils mit einer entsprechenden Vorkragung (15, 17) ausgerüstet ist, die zur Verbindung mit den genannten Riegelelemente (3) geeignet ist.
  3. Ein Riegel (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Feder (11) vorgespannt ist, wobei die genannten Vorkragungen (15, 17) der genannten Arme (14, 16) geeignet sind, sich in entsprechende außerachsige Bohrungen (18, 20) der genannten Riegelelemente (3) einzufügen, um die Vorspannung der genannten Feder (11) zur Erreichung der Betriebsstellungen des genannten Riegels (1) zu nutzen.
  4. Ein Riegel (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Riegelelemente (3) aus zwei separaten länglichen Körpern (22, 24) bestehen, die geeignet sind, miteinander durch ein Verbindungselement (26) verbunden zu werden, das mit mindestens zwei Bohrungen (28, 30) ausgerüstet ist, in deren Inneres sich entsprechende Höcker (32, 34) einfügen, die sich in den genannten zwei länglichen Körpern (22, 24) befinden, wobei einer der genannten beiden länglichen Körper (22, 24) mit den genannten Federelementen (11) verbunden ist.
  5. Ein Riegel (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Riegelelemente (3) in der Form einer verlängerten Stange hergestellt werden und mit mindestens zwei kastenförmigen Schubelementen (36, 38) ausgerüstet sind.
  6. Ein Riegel (1) gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er darüber hinaus mit einer äußeren Abdeckungsstruktur (40) ausgestattet ist, die geeignet ist, die genannten Riegelelemente (3) wesentlich abzudecken und in ihrem Inneren die genannten Hebelelemente (5) und die genannten Hebel-Tragelemente (7) aufzunehmen.
