Abstract

Verfahren zur Anpassung eines brennerbeheizten Heizgerätes (23) an ein diesem zugeordneten Luft-Abgassystem (24), das mit einem Gebläse (3) versehen ist, wobei das Heizgerät (23) eine in Abhängigkeit vom jeweiligen Wärmebedarf arbeitende Gasregeleinrichtung (7, 18) und eine Druckmeßstelle (14) aufweist, die mit der Gasregeleinrichtung (7, 18) in Verbindung steht, die die Gaszufuhr erst bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Druckwertes im Luft-Abgassystem (24) freigibt. Um einen optimalen Betrieb zu ermöglichen, ist vorgesehen, daß bei einer ersten Inbetriebnahme unter festgelegten Temperatur- und Betriebsbedingungen die Drehzahl des Geläses (3) ausgehend von einer Startdrehzahl, bei der der für die Freigabe der Gaszufuhr vorgesehene Druckwert auch bei kürzester Länge des Luft-Abgassystems (24) nicht erreicht wird langsam gesteigert wird bis der vorgesehene Druckwert erreicht ist, wonach aus der Drehzahl, bei der dieser Wert erreicht wurde, ein Korrekturfaktor ermittelt wird, mit dem aus Standardkennlinien Betriebskennlinien errechnet werden, nach denen die Gasregeleinrichtung (7, 18) arbeitet.
