Abstract

Selon l'invention, le système, exécutable par un ordinateur universel, comprend plusieurs moteurs logiciels de modélisation de risques, un moteur de conversion de données modèles ainsi qu'un moteur d'évaluation de tarification. Les moteurs logiciels de modélisation de risques permettent l'évaluation de facteurs respectifs de risques de perte matérielle en vue de produire des données modèles de résultat basées sur une description spécifique du site d'une propriété prédéterminée. Le moteur de conversion des données modèles stocke plusieurs profils d'assurabilité définissant des ensembles respectifs de critères de base prédéterminés de facteurs de risques de perte, chaque profil d'assurabilité correspondant à une source d'assurance. Le moteur de conversion des données modèles est couplé en vue de recevoir les données modèles de résultat et peut sélectionner une source d'assurance qualifiée permettant la conversion et la comparaison adaptatives des données modèles de résultat par rapport aux ensembles de critères de base de facteur risque prédéterminés de propriété. Le moteur d'évaluation de tarification, couplé pour recevoir les données modèles de résultat et la source d'assurance prédéterminée, produit, de façon autonome, une tarification d'assurabilité spécifique au site pour la propriété prédéterminée en fonction des données modèles de résultat.
