Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dichtungsbereichen (10) für Bauteile (1) von Speichereinspritzvorrichtungen. Das Verfahren umfasst den Schritt des Druckumformens des Dichtungsbereichs (10) mittels eines Stempels (12), um eine lokale, bleibende Festigkeitssteigerung am Dichtungsbereich (10) zu erzeugen. Weiterhin wird ein Bauteil mit einem derart hergestellten Dichtungsbereich (10) sowie eine Dichtungsanordnung zwischen dem Bauteil und einer Leitung bereitgestellt. The invention relates to a method for producing sealing areas (10) for components (1) of accumulator injection devices. The method comprises the step of pressure forming the sealing area (10) by means of a stamp (12) in order to produce a local, permanent increase in strength at the sealing area (10). Furthermore, a component with a sealing region (10) produced in this way and a sealing arrangement between the component and a line are provided.
