Claims (16)
- Dispositif de transport pour produits à transporter plats, de préférence du papier, comprenant au moins une bande de transport et au moins un dispositif d'aspiration,
caractérisé en ce que la bande de transport (2), dans la zone du transport, est logée dans au moins un guidage (4) de façon telle, qu'entre au moins un bord longitudinal (14, 15) de la bande de transport (2) et la paroi latérale voisine (26, 27) du guidage (4), soit formé au moins un interstice d'aspiration (x). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'interstice d'aspiration (x) s'étend sur la longueur du guidage (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de chacun de deux bords longitudinaux (14, 15) de la bande de transport (2), est prévu respectivement au moins un interstice d'aspiration (x).
- Dispositif, notamment selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande de transport (2) présente un profilage (18), par lequel la dépression agit sur le produit à transporter (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (18) est formé par des protubérances et des creux (19) s'étendant transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la bande de transport (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (18) est prévu le long de toute la longueur de la bande de transport (2).

caractérisé en ce que la bande de transport (2) est une courroie crantée. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7,

caractérisé en ce que la bande de transport (2) est placée dans le guidage (4) avec un jeu des deux côtés de façon à ce que soient formés deux interstices d'aspiration (x) latéraux. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisé en ce que le guidage (4) présente, dans la zone du fond (9) de sa cavité (8), une rainure (10) s'étendant de manière avantageuse sensiblement sur toute la longueur du fond (9) de la cavité (8). - Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que dans la rainure (10) débouche au moins un canal d'aspiration (6) avantageusement réalisé en tant que tube.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
caractérisé en ce que l'appui de support (20) de la bande de transport (2), pour le produit à transporter (7), présente un coefficient de frottement plus élevé qu'une surface d'appui (25) du guidage (4). - Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'appui de support (20) de la bande de transport (2) est pourvu, au moins partiellement, d'un revêtement de coefficient de frottement élevé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 15,
caractérisé en ce que le profilage (18) est prévu sur la face de la bande de transport (2), qui est opposée à celle où se trouve le produit à transporter (7).
