Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a prefabricated, transportable precast component with a steel-reinforced foundation part and visible stones attached to it, the natural stones are.
Aus der DE 74 19 996 U und aus der JP 09 165 763 A (Patent Abstracts of Japan vol. 1997, no. 10, 1997-10-31) sind Fertigteilbauelemente der o.g. Art bekannt. From DE 74 19 996 U and from JP 09 165 763 A (Patent Abstracts of Japan vol. 1997, no. 10, 1997-10-31) are precast elements of the above. Kind known. These are made up of a foot section and a concrete wall, the front with Natural stones of low thickness can be veneered. There is no assembly before Location required, but such walls do not look very natural. At the The crown of the wall makes the concrete wall visible and because of the same height of the concrete wall and the concrete part of the wall crown cannot be permanently covered with earth be covered. The same problem occurs at the side of the wall, if this cannot be hidden in an embankment. It can also be done in this way no unprocessed natural stones, such as basalt columns, or roughly worked, in particular use broken natural stones. In contrast to these, blindness requires a relatively exact joining of stone slabs that are thin and have regular external borders that can be joined together. This doesn't look like a natural stone or rock formation. Such a wall must be on one side Earth to be filled to hide the concrete wall. For other purposes, such as boundary wall visible on all sides or as other design in the manner of a It is therefore unsuitable for natural stone or rock formations.
A base part, wall elements in the form of individual stones, are prefabricated Crown element and reinforcement steel embedded in the foot section. On site the wall elements are prefabricated as individual stones in the probation steels are threaded, with blinds on their front should give the impression of a natural stone wall. The whole thing is through Crown elements covered, the crown elements have large holes, in those used to brace the wall with the foundation, on the Reinforcing steel anchor bolts to be screwed on. This font is not Suggestion for the erection of a wall made of rustic, not exactly joined together To remove natural stones that are reminiscent of a natural stone or rock formation.
Aus der JP 08 041 912 A "Patent Abstracts of Japan vol. From JP 08 041 912 A "Patent Abstracts of Japan vol. 1996, no. 06, (1996-06-28) known a method with which on a foundation created on site Retaining wall can be built by placing stone slabs on the foundation set up and at the back by means of the foundation at an angle to the Reinforcing bars running along stone slabs are supported. Then in one the distance determining the wall thickness erected a formwork and concrete filled in, with the erected stone slabs, at the same time as front cladding serving, backfilled with concrete, thereby covering them with the concrete wall to represent the actual retaining wall. Aside from the fact that this Writing not on a prefabricated portable wall element, but on the The construction of a wall on site does not give any suggestion for the construction a wall made of rustic natural stones that cannot be joined together exactly. Such would not be processed according to the teaching of this script, because such stones sometimes have relatively large joints through which the concrete either would swell through or at least become visible. The teaching of this script also works not beyond the instruction, a concrete wall serving as a retaining wall on her Facade with stone slabs. A suggestion for one Wall design, which can serve different purposes, is also missing. It leaves Only build a retaining wall in this way, but no visible wall Boundary wall or other design in the manner of a natural stone or Rock formation.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a prefabricated component of the beginning to make available that different for different purposes can be designed, for example as a retaining wall or as visible on all sides Delimitation wall, no assembly required on site and only one Natural stone surface, especially on the wall crown, side edges and in joints between natural stones that cannot be joined together exactly, that resemble natural stone or Rock formations remembered.
The object is achieved in that the foundation part the foot part is a wall part, which consists of stones connected to the foundation part, which are massive strung natural stones, each the height of the Show part of the wall and which only form the wall crown.
The advantage of the invention is that the natural stones are not veneered are faked, but that the visible stones are massive natural stones. Due to the configurations according to the invention, only these massive natural stones visible, for example on the wall crown, on the side edges or through the joints between rustic stones. These can be relatively large natural stones act, the visually very nice delimitation walls, a whole series different designs create different visual impressions can. It is essential that the foundation part according to the invention is designed such that it is surely covered with earth, even if, for example, with a Embankment wall sags. The stones can also be on the top or on the side or have protrusions towards the front, possibly also some particularly decorative ones Stones, so that the natural enjoyment of the impression of a natural stone or rock formation can still be reinforced. The natural stones can be boulders or act about natural stones. Very beautiful walls result when natural stones Basalt columns are used.
The precast elements can be prefabricated in the factory and prepared on site Be laid underground, a gravel or crushed stone bed is sufficient, because the Natural stones are provided with the foundation already attached. This allows the Precast elements, for example, are manufactured in the hall in winter can be installed in a short amount of time. The previous time-consuming foundations on site and the placement of the individual stones on the foundation is not required. Such work takes place in the hall unhindered by weather and season, so that utilization of personnel and machines is guaranteed all year round. Thereby heavy equipment is also used to transport and lay the precast components paid, even if these dimensions are 3 to 5 meters Show length and very large natural stones.
The precast components can be used to erect bed frames, walls, masonry embankments, bank fortifications or for the construction of stairs. In this regard, too, various configurations are possible, for example can the foot part and the wall part form an L-shape or the shape of an inverted T have. The wall part can stand vertically on the foot part or it is it is also possible that the wall part is at an angle on the foot part. The latter Design can be used for embankment fortification walls or bank fortification walls serve.
If the prefabricated component is to be used to erect a retaining wall, it is expedient if the foot part carries a support for fastening the wall part. This Design has the advantage that the support that later disappears on the slope is one can take up much higher mountain pressure than if the natural stones only with their underside are attached to the foot part. So that the support does not change over time can be seen if it should be easy to cover with earth. For this reason suggested that the top of the column is significantly lower than the top of the wall. In order to achieve a good support function, however, it is useful if the half the height of the natural stones is not fallen below.
The design of the fastening of the solid natural stones with the foundation part can be designed according to the stress and the size of the natural stones become. High requirements are often required for walls, especially if if it is heavy stones or if larger loads, such as for example, mountain pressure. It is envisaged, for example, that the The natural stones are fastened to the foundation part using fastening rods. The Attachment is particularly stable when the fastening rods with the Steel reinforcement of the foundation part connected, for example welded. at a prefabricated component that has a support, the natural stones can additionally or instead be fastened to the support by means of fastening rods, whereby also this support can have a steel reinforcement and it is possible to have the To connect fastening rods with the steel reinforcement. The latter results, for example a stable slope if a high mountain pressure is to be absorbed.
