Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pneumatikventil zur Regelung des Volumenstroms eines Arbeitsgases, mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Öffnung zum Eintritt und Austritt des Arbeitsgases, die miteinander verbunden sind über eine Hauptverbindungsleitung, in der sich hintereinandergeschaltet eine Verstelldrossel und eine pneumatische Blende befinden. Um den Volumenstrom druckunabhängig annähernd konstant zu halten, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Verstelldrossel (2) eine quer durch die Hauptverbindungsleitung (13) verlaufende Queröffnung (14) aufweist, in der ein Steuerelement gegen eine elastische Gegenkraft (5) hin- und herbewegbar angeordnet ist, das eine Steueröffnung für das Arbeitsgas aufweist, und dass das Steuerelement (4) in Bewegungsrichtung gesehen auf der der einen Endstellung zugewandten Seite des Steuerelements mit dem Gasdruck vor der Blende (3) und auf der anderen Endstellung zugewandten Seite des Steuerelements mit dem Gasdruck nach der Blende (3) beaufschlagt ist, um den Öffnungsquerschnitt abhängig von der Gasdruckdifferenz vor und nach der Blende (3) zu steuern.
