Claims (3)
- Pêne demi-tour réversible sans démontage, pour serrure à mortaiser ou en applique, comprenant un coffre (2) en forme de boíte ouverte, lié ou non à une plaque têtière (5), et dont l'ouverture est fermée par un couvercle (3), un fouillot (17) monté libre en rotation autour d'un axe transversal dans des paliers respectifs du coffre (2) et du couvercle (3), et un pêne demi-tour (4) monté coulissant dans le coffre (2), entre une position en saillie du coffre, une position d'effacement dans le coffre et une position de retournement, dans laquelle il peut être pivoté par rotation dans des découpes en T, respectivement (11a, 12a, 11b, 12b) ménagées dans le coffre et le couvercle, la tête (4a) de ce pêne présentant, en section transversale, une forme générale quadrangulaire circulant dans un guidage (10) de même forme, découpée dans la plaque têtière (5) ou dans le coffre, et étant solidaire a) d'un corps (4b) et d'une queue (4c), coulissants dans le coffre, b) d'une collerette (16) coopérant avec le fouillot (17) et avec un ressort de rappel (18), et c) d'un moyen de butée limitant la course de rentrée du pêne (4) dans le coffre, caractérisé en ce que le corps du pêne (4b) est monolithique avec sa tête (4a), sa queue (4c) et une languette (13), élastiquement déformable, disposée longitudinalement contre ce corps (4b) et dont l'extrémité libre, opposée à la tête (4a) du pêne, constitue moyen de butée limitant la course de rentrée du pêne dans le coffre (2), en coopérant avec le fond (120a, 120b) de la découpe correspondante (12a, 12b) dans laquelle elle est disposée, cette languette (13) étant déformable élastiquement de façon que, pour l'opération de retournement, son extrémité libre puisse être plaquée contre le corps pour passer sous la paroi (2a ou 3a) contre laquelle elle vient normalement en butée, pour, d'une part, augmenter la course de rentrée du pêne (4), et d'autre part, permettre à la tête (4a) de ce pêne d'échapper du guidage en forme (10) et de venir en totalité dans la zone des découpes (11a, 11b), du coffre et du couvercle, où cette tête peut être retournée de 180° avec le corps.
- Pêne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un épaulement (15), formé entre le corps (4b) et la queue (4c) du pêne, est en retrait de l'extrémité libre de la languette (13) pour constituer, en coopérant avec le fond (120a, 120b) des découpes (12a, 12b), un second moyen de butée limitant la course de rentrée du pêne dans sa phase de retournement.
- Pêne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la queue (4c) du pêne comporte un alésage axial (22) débouchant qui, dans la phase de retournement du pêne et lorsque que ce dernier est en position rentrée, coopère avec un doigt (20) du coffre (2) pour guider la rotation de retournement de ce pêne.
