Abstract

Kraftstoffhochdrucksystem für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Gehäuse, das zwei Hochdruckkörper (1; 10) umfaßt. Die Hochdruckkörper (1; 10) liegen zumindest mittelbar mit Anlageflächen (101; 110) aneinander an und werden durch eine Spannvorrichtung gegeneinander gepreßt. In den Hochdruckkörpern (1; 10) ist ein Zulaufkanal (20) ausgebildet, der Kraftstoff unter hohem Druck führt und der durch die Anlageflächen (101; 110) der beiden Hochdruckkörper (1; 10) hindurchtritt. Zwischen den beiden Hochdruckkörpern (1; 10) ist eine Dichtfolie (35) angeordnet, die den Durchtritt des Hochdruckkanals (20) umgibt und so für eine gute Abdichtung sorgt (Figur 2).

High-pressure fuel system for internal combustion engines with a housing which comprises two high-pressure bodies (1; 10). The high-pressure bodies (1; 10) lie against one another at least indirectly with contact surfaces (101; 110) and are pressed against one another by a tensioning device. An inlet channel (20) is formed in the high-pressure bodies (1; 10), which carries fuel under high pressure and which passes through the contact surfaces (101; 110) of the two high-pressure bodies (1; 10). A sealing film (35) is arranged between the two high-pressure bodies (1; 10) and surrounds the passage of the high-pressure channel (20) and thus ensures a good seal (FIG. 2).
