Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an extractor hood with at least one interchangeable filter element, with a arranged around a suction channel with internal Ansaugebläse fireplace, which is shorter in the front region than in the rear area, with a Wrasenschirm which at an acute angle from bottom to top obliquely forward is arranged around an intake opening of the intake duct, with a lighting device and with operating and display elements.
Such an extractor hood is known from DE 200 05 733 U1. The hood screen is formed as a hollow plate, which itself or its suction surface has the shape of a partial arc or partial arc with convex curvature. As a result, the hood or the hood surface is formed as a partially cylindrical wall, which is convex. The oblique hood screen has on its underside fields with multiple removable cover plates for removable filter elements, which occupy the entire bottom of the hood screen, represent a cassette surface and are individually removable. The grease filter elements are thus arranged directly on the vapor shield and are therefore also in inclined position. At the front end of the screen brackets are provided in the region of the side boundaries, which receive a transverse rail or crossbar on which lighting devices are rotatably mounted. In the chimney, a ventilation duct with exhaust fan is arranged, which is connected to the top of the screen. The ventilation duct is connected in the rear lower area of the hood screen. The hood screen is thereby carried by the ventilation duct or additionally by the room wall. The disadvantage is in such a hood is that the fat filter elements are tilted and grease particles from the sucked-in fumes collect on it and run down. In this case, in the event of increased condensate accumulation or if the filter elements are not cleaned for a long time, drops may reach the hob. However, not only the hob or worktop, but also on the hob existing cooking vessels or food are contaminated.
The invention thus raises the problem of creating an extractor hood of the type mentioned above with a sloping Wrasenschirm which avoids contamination of the hob or of things located thereon by residues from the filter of the hood.
According to the invention, this problem is solved by an extractor hood with the features of
The achievable with the present invention consist in addition to a visually appealing hood, in particular, that can be dripped by the below the vertical part of the intake parallel to the hob arranged replaceable grease filter accumulated there filter residues on the hob. In addition, the extractor hood has a frame around the intake opening of the fireplace. The central region of the vapor shield is fixed to the frame with the frame and / or a one-part or multi-part holding device. The grease filter is not set on the canopy. It is particularly advantageous if the holding device consists of an upper and a lower holding part and are detachably connected to the fireplace together with the vapor shield and the frame. In an advantageous embodiment, the upper holding part is designed as a control panel and receives operating and display elements. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the upper and / or the lower holding part has at least one receiving device for the illumination device. Halogen lamps and / or fluorescent lamps can be used as lighting devices. If both the upper and the lower holding part is equipped with lamps, there is an optimal illumination of the hob, both in the front and in the rear area.
Moreover, it is advantageous if the frame is connectable to an inner housing of a plurality of closed housing parts and a protective grid, which is used below the intake fan as interior lining of the fireplace. The suction fan is located completely in the vertical part of the chimney and surrounded by the side walls. In an advantageous embodiment, the front of the chimney is angled forward, so that the shape of the side parts an upside down "1" receives and thus the acute angle to the side panels is slightly larger and the exhaust port is further forward to the hob tends. Nevertheless, the headroom remains. A further advantageous embodiment provides that the holding device consists of an upper and a lower holding part, which are preferably detachably connected to the vapor shield, the frame and the chimney. Since condensate can accumulate in the inner housing even with a horizontally arranged grease filter in case of increased condensate accumulation or after a long time without cleaning, in the inner housing in the lower area at the front edge and / or in front of a rear housing part a raised web for condensate collection is arranged, so as a targeted Make condensate collection and easy condensate removal.
Of particular advantage for an attractive appearance of the hood is a the intake opening concealing aperture, which is provided with passage openings and at all surrounded by four sides around the vapor canopy. In an advantageous embodiment, the panel is releasably inserted between the upper and lower sheet metal part. The passage openings in the aperture are formed as elongated openings in a horizontal and / or vertical arrangement. For optimal extraction, it is also advisable to ensure an edge extraction, so that no condensate can collect on the canopy. Therefore, passage openings are additionally arranged in lateral areas of the diaphragm.

Die Haltervorrichtungen (13.1, 13.2) sind dazu mit mindestens einer Aufnahmevorrichtung (10.5; 10.6) für mindestens eine Lampe (10.1; 10.2; 10.3; 10.4) versehen.FIG. 1 shows a front view of an extractor hood (1) designed as a wall hood with an intake opening (7) arranged obliquely forwardly from below upwards, a vapor shield (2) completely surrounding it, and with a chimney (3) which surrounds the inner intake channel , It is not shown in detail both the suction channel fixed on the wall and the suction fan arranged therein, because such an arrangement is well known. The chimney (3) has three side walls (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) and is open on the wall side. The extractor hood (1) but can also be equipped with a four-sided chimney (3) for a free-hanging cooker hood. Even in such an application, it must be arranged above a hob so that the operator side headroom is guaranteed. It is completely irrelevant whether front (3.2) and side surfaces (3.1, 3.3) are formed in one or more pieces. The suction opening (7) is arranged obliquely, since the chimney (3) tapers more or less pointed down, wherein the surfaces of the side walls (3.1, 3.3) are triangular in the lower region. At the rear wall-side edges (3.1.1, 3.3.1), the chimney (3) is therefore longer than at the edges (3.1.2, 3.3.2) in the front area. The suction opening (7) is located at the lower end of the intake duct and is covered by a diaphragm (4), which is intended in particular to obstruct the view into the inner housing (6) of the chimney (3) or the intake duct. This panel (4) is equipped with a plurality of passage openings (6). In order to achieve optimal suction, the panel (4) is not directly on the sloping frame (8) of the chimney (3), but leaves slots (9) below the aperture (4), so as to guarantee lateral edge suction, so sucked vapor can not settle on the vapor shield (2). In addition, the extractor hood (1) at least one lighting device (10) and control (11) and Display elements (12). The illumination device (10) preferably consists of a plurality of individual lamps (10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4), which are integrated in both the front upper holder device (13.1) and in the rear lower holder device (13.2). Because they are particularly bright, halogen lamps are particularly suitable. They also create a visually high-quality appearance. But as well as hard lights are to be arranged on the holder devices (13.1 and / or 13.2). For this purpose, the holder devices (13.1, 13.2) are provided with at least one receiving device (10.5, 10.6) for at least one lamp (10.1; 10.2; 10.3; 10.4).
In this case, a part of the chimney (3) is cut out in the lower part to better recognize the inserted fat filter (14). To remove the grease filter (14) remove the cover (4). The grease filter (14) is therefore not fixed on or in the vapor shield (2). In the diaphragm (4) a plurality of passage openings (6) are arranged for the vapor. The chimney (3) is angled forwards at its front (3.2) with a small side surface (3.2.2). At the front edge (3.2.1) an inclined frame (8) is placed, which connects the angled side surface (3.2.2) with the rear hood edges (3.1.1, 3.3.1) and so a suction opening (7) in an inclined position creates. Below the vertical part of the intake channel, lateral receiving rails (15) for grease filters (14) are arranged horizontally in the inner housing (5) of the chimney (3). In these receiving rails (15) from the front side a grease filter (14) is inserted. Of course it is also possible to assemble the filter surface from several smaller grease filters (14) and to make them individually extendable to the front. Also, only the aperture (4) to remove to gain access to the grease filter (14).
In the figure 3 only the chimney (3) is shown. He sits down in a wall hood of three side surfaces (3.1, 3.2 and 3.3) together, the front surface (3.2) in the lower region has a forwardly angled partial surface (3.2.2). In height, it is common to divide all side surfaces and so get two chimney parts (3.4, 3.5) in order to better adapt to the local conditions on site. In the wall area narrow attachment surfaces (3.6) are arranged on the side surfaces (3.1, 3.3), which define the chimney (3) to the intake duct.
On the fireplace receiving means (16) for fixing the frame (8) are arranged. The frame (8) is connected to the vapor shield (2) and to the upper and lower holding devices (13.1, 13.2) and is fixed as a whole unit to the chimney (3). The frame (8) is on the back of the vapor shield (2), while the upper and the lower holding device (13.1, 13.2) rest on the front side of the vapor shield (2). This unit is hung on the receptacles (16). At the upper holding device (13.1) are also two halogen lamps (10.1, 10.2) of the lighting device (10) arranged as on the lower holding device (13.2). The halogen lamps (10.1 to 10.4) are preferably set in the corner areas to ensure optimum illumination of the hob.
Das Innengehäuse (5) und der bereits mit dem Kamin (3) verbundene Wrasenschirm (2) werden mit lösbaren Befestigungselementen, vorzugsweise Schrauben sicher zu einer Dunstabzugshaube (1) zusammengefügt und festgelegt.FIG. 5 shows that an inner housing (5) is inserted into the chimney (3) after the vapor shield (2) has been fixed, in order to obtain a visually appealing and easy-to-clean chimney interior. The inner housing (5) consists of several smooth side walls (5.1 - 5.4) and a protective grid (5.5) together. The protective grille (5.5.) Is inserted below the intake duct to prevent direct contact with the intake fan, but to allow the steam to pass through unhindered. Below the protective grille (5.5.) Are receiving rails (15) for insertion for the grease filter (14). The inner casing (5) and the vapor shield (2) already connected to the chimney (3) are securely joined together with releasable fastening elements, preferably screws, to form an extractor hood (1).
In the figure 6, the diaphragm (4) is shown as it is inserted into the extractor hood (1). It is detachably fixed in this example to the lower holding device (13.2) and then also detachably connected to the upper holding device (13.1). To insert or remove the grease filter (14) which is held below the intake passage in the inner housing (5) in receiving rails (15), the diaphragm (4) of the extractor hood (1) must be removed. This can be prevented that the panel (4) slips on removal from the hands and fall on the hob, the panel is provided with a flexible securing device, not shown, which in each case connect the panel (4) with the hood (1) represents. For this purpose, for example, a chain on the diaphragm (4) and on the inner housing (5) to be defined. As a result, the panel (4) does not fall even if improperly installed, but remains hanging on the extractor hood (1). In the event of an increase in the amount of condensate, it is impossible to prevent condensate from accumulating in the inner casing (5). In order for this condensate to be removed easily and quickly, at least one elevated web (17.1, 17.2) is arranged in the inner housing (5) for condensate collection. This web (17.1, 17.2) may be present at the front edge and / or in front of a rear housing part.
