Description
- Es ermöglicht die Selbstschaltung des Ein- und Ausspurvorganges ohne Aktuator.
- Damit ist die elektrische Schaltfunktion für den Starter von der mechanischen Schaltfunktion für das Ein- und Ausspuren problemlos örtlich zu trennen.
- Die Steuerung von Ein- und Ausspuren wird rein mechanisch vorgenommen.
- Der Selbstlauf der angedrehten Verbrennungsmaschine kann unmittelbar das selbsttätige Ausspuren steuern.
- Durch die Bistabilität des Brems-Sperrgliedes sind die Freigabe- und Sperr-Endlage und der Schaltvorgang dazwischen jeweils in Ablauf und Zeitpunkt eindeutig definiert.

Claims (10)
- Brems-Schraubtrieb-Starter zum Andrehen von Verbrennungsmaschinen umfassendeinen Startermotor (2) mit einer Antriebswelle (3),ein damit verbundenes Getriebe (5), vorzugsweise Planetengetriebe, mit Freilauf (11),eine mit dem Freilauf (11) gekoppelte Abtriebswelle (12),ein mit der Abtriebswelle (12) gekoppeltes Einspurgetriebe (17) mit Steilgewinde (15), Zahn-Bremsscheibe (18) und Brems-Sperrglied (19), sowieein vom Einspurgetriebe (17) betätigbares Starterritzel (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Brems-Sperrglied (19) selbsttätig zwischen zwei bistabilen Endlagen, nämlich einer Freigabe-Endlage und einer Sperr-Endlage schaltbar ist.
- Starter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Brems-Sperrglied als bistabile Bremswippe (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Starter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Brems-Sperrglied (19) durch eine bistabile Schnappfeder (31) in seinen Endlagen haltbar ist.
- Starter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung des Brems-Sperrgliedes (19) in die Sperr-Endlage durch ein trägheitsgesteuertes Betätigungsglied (20) erfolgt.
- Starter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsglied (20) am Hohlrad (7) des Planetengetriebes (5) angeordnet ist, wobei das Hohlrad (7) um seine Rotationsachse unter Einfluß der getriebeinternen Trägheitskräfte auslenkbar gelagert ist und die Betätigung des Brems-Sperrgliedes (19) durch die Auslenkbewegung erfolgt.
- Starter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlrad (7) mit einer Dämpfung (34) bezüglich seiner Auslenkbewegung versehen ist.
- Starter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung des Brems-Sperrgliedes (19) in die Freigabe-Endlage durch einen Fliehkraftöffner (22, 22') erfolgt.
- Starter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fliehkraftöffner (22, 22') am Einspurgetriebe (17) angeordnet ist.
- Starter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fliehkraftöffner (22, 22') ein entgegen der Fliehkraft federbeaufschlagtes Massenelement (40, 40') aufweist, das in seiner ausgelenkten Stellung das Brems-Sperrglied (19) in Richtung der Freigabe-Endlage beaufschlagt.
- Starter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Massenelement (40') eine in Rotationsrichtung des Fliehkraftöffners (22') kreisbogenförmig verlängerte Gestalt aufweist.
