Abstract

Eine Walze (10) zur Behandlung einer textilen Warenbahn umfaßt einen zum Umlauf bestimmten zylindrischen Walzenkörper (1) und an diesem in über dessen Umfangsfläche gleichmäßiger Verteilung befestigte längliche biegsame Elemente (20) aus elastomerem Material, die von der Umfangsfläche des Walzenkörpers (1) abstehen und zum Angriff an der Oberfläche der Warenbahn dienen. Die Elemente (20) sind nach Art untereinander gleichlanger Finger aus einem elastomeren Material einer Härte von 55° bis 75° Shore A ausgebildet, weisen eine Erstreckung in Achsrichtung der Walze (10) von 3 bis 12 mm sowie einen Abstand ihrer in Achsrichtung der Walze (10) einander zugewandten Seiten von 1 bis 10 mm auf und sind bei der Drehung der Walze (10) unter Verbiegung und anschließender selbsttätiger Wiederausrichtung an der Warenbahnoberfläche ohne Schädigung derselben abstreifend zum Angriff bringbar.
