An der dem Ringmagnet 40 abgewandten Seite der Polplatte 45 ist ein Lautsprecherkorb 10 gemaß Figur 1 und Figur 3 montiert. Dabei kann der Lautsprecherkorb 10 mittels einer in Figur 3 angedeuteten Schraub-, Niet- oder Klebeverbindung oder dergleichen an der Polplatte 45 befestigt sein. Die entsprechenden Befestigungselemente sind in Figur 3 durch das Bezugszeichen 70 gekennzeichnet und konnen als Schrauben oder Nieten oder dergleichen ausgebildet sein. Der Lautsprecherkorb 10 ist dabei gestuft konisch ausgebildet, wobei sich sein Durchmesser in Richtung zur Polplatte 45 hin verjüngt. Der Lautsprecherkorb 10 kann jedoch optional auch eine stufige vertikale Wandung aufweisen, die sich nicht konisch zur Polplatte 45 hin verjungt. Der Schwingspule 15 werden dabei uber Anschlußelemente 60 gemäß Figur 1, die aus Gründen der Ubersichtlichkeit in Figur 3 nicht dargestellt sind, niederfrequente Audiosignale zugefuhrt. Auf einer Stufe 75 des gestuft konischen Lautsprecherkorbes 10 liegt eine Zentrierung 20 auf, die ebenfalls eine im wesentlichen zentrische Öffnung mit kreisförmigem Umfang aufweist, um die Schwingspule 15 im Lautsprecherkorb 10 zu zentrieren.
