- the indexing element is arranged concentrically with the ratchet and has peripherally lugs regularly offset angularly around a circumference, so as to control the ratchet-indexer assembly only in rotation after the start of one of the strokes and not rearming the dog for the departure of the other, so as to reposition the flyweight in the initial position.
