  • This invention relates to detergent compositions in the form of tablets for cleaning, and in particular tablets for fabric washing and tablets for machine dish washing. It is known to make such tablets by compressing or compacting a quantity of detergent composition in particulate form.

Claims (14)

  1. Waschmitteltablette aus einer komprimierten partikulären Zusammensetzung, umfassend eine reinigungsaktive Verbindung, einen Aufbaustoff, Teilchen, die Natriumtripolyphosphat mit einem Anteil der Phase-I-Form, der größer als 40 Gew.-% des Natriumtripolyphosphats in den Teilchen ist, enthalten, zumindest ein anderes Salz als Natriumtripolyphosphat, das weiter hydratisiert werden kann, und gegebenenfalls andere Waschmittelinhaltsstoffe, wobei die Tabletten eine Vielzahl an diskreten Bereichen aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem oder mehreren der diskreten Bereiche, die die Teilchen enthalten, die Natriumtripolyphosphat enthalten, weniger als 10 Gew.-% des Bereiches weiter hydratisierbare Salze vorliegen, und zumindest ein diskreter Bereich vorliegt, der zumindest 10 Gew.-% des Bereiches weiter hydratisierbare Salze enthält.
  2. Waschmitteltablette nach Anspruch 1, wobei das weiter hydratisierbare Salz aus einem Carbonat, einem Percarbonat, monohydratisiertem Perborat, einem Sulfat, einem Acetat oder einem Citrat oder einem Gemisch dieser ausgewählt ist.
  3. Waschmitteltablette nach Anspruch 2, wobei das weiter hydratisierbare Salz aus einem Natriumsalz oder Persalz oder Kaliumcarbonat ausgewählt ist.
  4. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Natriumtripolyphosphat in den Teilchen Hydratwasser in einer Menge zwischen 1 und 5 Gew.-% dieses Natriumtripolyphosphats enthält.
  5. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Bereiche, die die Teilchen enthalten, die Natriumtripolyphosphat enthalten, keine weiter hydratisierbaren Salze enthalten.
  6. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Natriumtripolyphosphat in den Teilchen einen Gehalt an der Phase-1-Form aufweist, der zumindest 50 Gew.-% des Natriumtripolyphosphats in den Teilchen beträgt.
  7. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Menge an Hydratwasser in den Natriumtripolyphosphatteilchen in einem Bereich zwischen 2 und 4 Gew.-% des Natriumtripolyphosphats in diesen Teilchen liegt.
  8. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Menge an Natriumtripolyphosphat kleiner als 70 Gew.-% der Gesamtzusammensetzung ist.
  9. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Bereich, der zumindest 10 Gew.-% weiter hydratisierbare Salze enthält, ein Desintegrationsmittelsystem enthält, das die Teilchen, die das Natriumtripolyphosphat enthalten, nicht enthält.
  10. Waschmitteltablette nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Desintegrationsmittel ein aufquellendes Desintegrationsmittel ist.
  11. Waschmitteltablette nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Desintegrationsmittel ein sprudelndes Desintegrationsmittel ist.
  12. Waschmitteltablette nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Desintegrationsmittel ein Material mit einer hohen Wasserlöslichkeit ist.
  13. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Tablette 2 bis 40 Gew.-% reinigungsaktive Verbindung und 5 bis 70 Gew.-% Aufbaustoff enthält.
  14. Waschmitteltablette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Tablette weniger als 5 Gew.-% einer reinigungsaktiven Verbindung und 5 bis 70 Gew.-% Aufbaustoff enthält.
