Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de moulage d'articles et un procédé de préparation d'articles moulés utilisant cette composition. Cette composition contient: 90 parties en poids maximum de poudre de particules comme support et 20 parties en poids maximum de composés contenant au moins un composant sélectionné parmi hydroxyle (R-OH), ester (R-CO2R'), acide carboxylique (R-CO2H), amide(R-CONH-R'), imides(R-CONHCO-R'), amine(R-NH2), anhydride(R-CO2CO-R'), acide phosphonique (R-PO3H2), acide sulfonique (R-SO4H) et mélamine ( R et R' représentant individuellement H, des composés organiques aliphatiques ou aromatiques, ou des composés organiques contenant les composants précités) comme adjuvant de moulage. En outre, cette composition peut contenir au moins un additif sélectionné parmi des liant de texture de moulage et des améliorants fonctionnels pour les articles moulés. Cet additif est utilisé à raison de 90 parties en poids maximum en fonction du poids de la composition. Par conséquent, cette composition est à la fois écologique car elle est à base de produits naturels, et favorable sur le plan économique puisque ses composants s'obtiennent facilement et à bas prix.
