Description

The present invention relates to a container for the transport of flowers according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a container is known from US 5 115 915 A. It is used for the transport of flowers in particular as a container intended for dispatch by post or with similar service providers.

The simplest containers for such a transport are folding boxes, in which a bouquet of flowers can be placed and transported. The disadvantage, however, is that the fixation of the bouquet within the Folding box extremely difficult and slipping and damaging the Bouquet during transport is almost inevitable.

As a constructive further development is in the utility model Container described in DE 299 10 568 U1. This has an as Folding box made outer shell, inside a flower holding device is arranged. One side wall of the container is a container closure educated. The flower holder is made of two shelves formed, of which the upper holding base has a relatively small opening for passing and fixing flower stems and the lower holding base a relatively large, non-fixing opening for further passage which has flower stems. The two shelves are through connecting walls extending parallel to the side walls connected, which are supported on the bottom of the box. The holding floors and are spaced several centimeters apart and the lower one Retaining floor also knows a distance of several centimeters from the Folding box bottom on. In addition, a bottle holder and an additional room, for example for chocolates, is provided. The flower holder is inside the folding box, for example, by punching fixed, which are provided in the side wall of the folding box and need to be manually pushed in around the flower holder to keep at the bottom of the box. The manufacture of the container is complex and involves relatively high costs. Also disadvantageous is that the bouquet is inserted laterally into the flower holder and must also be removed from the side. This can be too defective kinking of the flowers cause and the consumer about it also felt extremely unwieldy.

The present invention has for its object a container for to create the transport of flowers that can be produced inexpensively and has improved manageability. This task is solved by a container with the features of claim 1.

Thus, the flowers to be transported can be easily carried through the top lid part designed as a container closure set in the container and can also be removed from above. The flower stems are at Set in the push-through areas of the holding base and the intermediate base pushed. This can be done conveniently and quickly, so that the flowers can be set and fixed in the container with just one hand. The Push-through areas can be designed such that the flower stems with a moisture bag surrounding the flower stems the push-through areas can be passed through. Such a moisture bag is usually used to transport flowers around them to supply moisture over the period of transport. advantageously, can the push-through areas of the intermediate floor and the Retaining floor can be designed differently. For example, the Push-through area of the mezzanine through a circular opening several centimeters in diameter and the push-through area of the holding base be formed by a star cut (crossed slits). Execution As a star cut, the flowers can be well fixed within of the container and the circular opening in the intermediate floor allowed pulling the flowers out of the container without them Hook the intermediate floor and pull it upwards. The circular Accordingly, the opening must be sufficiently dimensioned.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the sliding elements are sufficient up to the cover part and are at these ends with cover elements connected. The lid elements are towards the inside of the box part, so towards each other, foldable and thus act as an additional Cover. They are dimensioned so that when folded, So if they extend approximately parallel to the holding floor, with their touch and support free end edges. This will make the container additionally fixed. The mutual holding of the lid elements prevented also that they fold further towards the inside of the container and can damage the set flowers. In the area of their The cover elements can have free, mutually facing end edges Gripping devices, for example designed as elongated holes.

After the flowers have been placed in the container, the lid part sealed and, if necessary, additionally fixed with an adhesive. The container closure is, as is usual with folding boxes, with two or four wings folded in pairs against each other.

To remove the flowers, first the cover part or the container closure open. Then you can intervene as elongated holes and the cover elements are opened upwards. The removal element, thus the cover elements connected to the cover elements Sliding elements and the holding base connecting the sliding elements, can then be pulled out of the container together with the set flowers become. So to remove the flowers, it is not necessary to grab the flowers themselves. This is particularly advantageous because depending on the design of a bouquet, the grasping of the flower stems due to, for example, a very wide one that almost fills the container Flower crown is hardly possible or only with great difficulty. Moreover damage to the flower stems by kinking is avoided. The Removing the bouquet is quick, convenient and easy perform.

With a correspondingly long version of the cover elements or with relative short flowers can be removed with one hand. For this purpose, the cover elements in the area of the gripping devices pressed together and both gripped with one hand. An unwanted Tilting of the holding base inside the box part when pulling out can be caused by unevenly pulling the two cover elements prevented or corrected. It is also possible to use the box part to be fixed on the surface with one hand and then with the other Hand pull the flowers or the removal element out of the box part.

A particular advantage of the invention is that a commercially available, cardboard box suitable for transporting flowers as Box part can be used. This does not have to be attached to the flower holder be adjusted, rather the flower holder tailored to this. A fixation of the flower holder inside of the box part is not necessary, since this is on the one hand Support the bottom of the box part and executed on the other hand is that it is surrounded on all sides by the box part, i.e. the side walls and is held. Thus, additional slitting and manufacture of holding devices to be dispensed with, on the one hand the operation and secondly, there are no costs associated with the punching tool.

The container according to the invention advantageously consists of less expensive, double-layer corrugated cardboard that is easy to manufacture and process.

For further stabilization of the container can be between the holding base and a further additional floor can be arranged on the intermediate floor. This is designed such that its dimensions are the area of the holding base or the cross section of the interior limited by the side walls of the box part corresponds, so that this through the side walls is held.

In an advantageous embodiment of the container according to the invention also be additional fixing means or clamping mechanisms that additionally fix the flower holder inside the box part. Figure 1 shows a box part 1, consisting of side walls 2, a lid part 4 and an underbody 6 not visible in FIG. 1 Box parts 1 are as commercially available containers for the transport of Flowers available. Point to the aeration of the flowers during transportation the side walls 2 advantageously have air holes 8. To make things easier Handle openings are also designed as elongated holes 10, in the edge area facing the cover part at least two of each other opposite side walls 2 available. To one if possible To ensure upright transport of the flowers, the box part 1 Symbols and / or inscriptions 12 on the right of the carrier Specify the position of the cover part 4.

Ebenfalls angedeutet ist ein zu transportierender Blumenstrauß 14.Figure 2 shows the container according to the invention with the side wall hidden. Inside the box part 1 there are a base element 16 and a removal element 18 arranged. Also indicated is a to be transported Bouquet 14

The base element 16 is made of a extending parallel to the sub-floor 6 Intermediate floor 20 formed, which is in the present embodiment over two opposite, on the outer edge of the mezzanine 20 arranged, approximately parallel to the adjacent Supporting side wall 2 extending support elements 22 on the sub-floor 6. The support elements 22 can also have other shapes and designs exhibit. For example, it is conceivable that they, starting from the sub-floor 6 obliquely to the side walls in the direction of the intermediate floor 20 run, with their free ends on the sub-base 6 mutually supported. In principle, the support elements 22 can also be closer to the bouquet 14 may be arranged, however, the largest possible free interior preferred for the flower stems 28.

In a particularly advantageous development, one of the support elements 22, as shown in Fig. 2, with its facing away from the intermediate floor 20 Side connected to a support base 24, which is based on the connected to him support element 22 on the subfloor 6 to extends other support element 22 and contacts it. This will ensures additional stability of the base element 16. Likewise It is also conceivable that only one support element 22 or more than two support elements 22, in particular four support elements 22 can be used.

The intermediate floor 20 of the base element 16 has a push-through area in the center 26 on. This is designed, for example, as a circular opening 27, which is dimensioned such that flower stems 28 with or without one these surrounding moisture bags 30 easily through the public tion 27 can be passed. The moisture bag 30 supplies the Bouquet 14 during transportation with the necessary moisture. The base element 16 or the support elements 22 can be dimensioned in this way be that the bouquet 14 on the underbody 6 or is supported on the support base 24.

The removal element 18 consists of a parallel to the surface of the Intermediate floor 20 extending and lying on the intermediate floor 20 Holding base 32. The holding base 32 in turn has one in the center Push-through area 26 on the opening 27 of the intermediate floor 20 is in cover. The push-through area 26 of the removal element 18 is advantageously designed as a star cut 34. Such one Star cut 34 is formed from several, intersecting, individual cuts. The flower stems 28 or the moisture bag 30 can by this star cut can be easily pushed through and are then held in this. Thus, the bouquet 14 by the Holding base 32 or the star cut 34 laterally fixed within the container and is additionally supported on the support base 24. Should the Bouquet 14 due to its length not on the underbody 6 or on Support base 24 can support, the through-cut area designed as a star cut 34 26 also take over the holding work completely. To the floor 32 preferably close two opposite one another Sliding elements 36, which start from the edge region of the holding base 32 extend in the direction of the cover part 4. On the sliding elements 36 can not shown here in the edge area facing the cover part 4 Gripping devices, for example made of cord or plastic his. Pass-through openings are also conceivable. In the present embodiment close to the sliding elements 36 cover elements 38 on in the direction of the interior of the box part 1, that is, towards each other can be folded down and thus act as an additional lid.

Fig. 3). In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the cover elements are 38 dimensioned such that when folded, that is, if they extend approximately parallel to the holding base 32, support one another. For this purpose, the cover elements 38 each have an approximately central arrangement Incision 40 in the respective other cover part 38 free edge (see FIG. 3). When folded cover elements 38 are pushed into one another in the area of incisions 40 and cross each other. The cover element 38 then extend in this way through the opposite incision that both cover elements 38 partly on the side facing the holding base 32 and partly on the side of the other facing away from the holding base 32 Cover element 38 are arranged (see Figure 3).

The box part 1 has a container closure 42, which in the present case Case is formed by the cover part 4. This usually consists of at least two opposite, foldable wings 44. Alternatively is also an education with four, each in pairs against each other foldable wings 44 possible.

Ebenfalls erkennbar ist bei diesem Blick in das Behälterinnere der als Sternschnitt 34 ausgeführte Durchsteckbereich 26 des Entnahmeelementes 18.FIG. 4 shows the container according to the invention with the container closure open 42 and unfolded cover elements 38 in a view from above. Likewise recognizable when looking into the interior of the container is the Star cut 34 performed through area 26 of the removal element 18th

Figure 5 illustrates in a perspective view how the bouquet 14 together with the removal element 18 from the box part 1 the cover part 4 can be removed (in the direction of the arrow). The cover elements 38 can each with one hand, or as shown in Figure 5, on each other closed and gripped with one hand. The star cut 34 held bouquet 14 is from the base element 16 through the public voltage 27 pulled out. Then the removal element 18 together with the bouquet 14 rotated a few degrees about a longitudinal axis X-X and on the free edges of the container closure 42 or the side walls 2 are put on. The cover elements 38 can then folded outside and the bouquet 14 pulled out of the star cut 34 become.

The container according to the invention can advantageously consist of two layers Corrugated cardboard be made, using a commercially available Container for the transport of flowers as a box part 1 only a flower holding device 46, ie the base element 16 and the removal element 18 must also be manufactured. These are preferably made up of Die-cut corrugated cardboard. It is particularly advantageous if possible right-angled shapes can be used, as they reduce waste lead in the production of the individual parts. A stabilization of the container partial gluing of the individual parts can prove to be advantageous.

Fig. 6 zeigt eine beispielhafte Ausführungsformen des Basiselementes 16. This is preferably made in one piece, as a rectangular shape from the corrugated cardboard punched out. Indented crease lines 48 are as dashed lines shown. Such a base element that can be folded out flat when not in use 16 also has the punched-out opening 27 and it optionally connects to one of the support elements 22 of the support base 24. The support base 24 can also be provided by two, each on one of the support elements 22 arranged elements to be executed, which are used in the Support condition with their free end edges.

The holding base 32 with the star cut 34 has the same Dimensions like the intermediate floor 20 of the base element 16. The Sliding elements 36 have approximately twice the length of the support elements 22, since with a bouquet 14 the length of the free flower stems 28 approximately is a third of the total length of the bouquet 14. These dimensions however, are only to be understood as rough guidelines and are dependent on Customizable requirement in the sense of the invention. To the sliding elements 36 the cover elements 38 close with pre-punched holes 10 executed gripping devices. The dimensions of the mezzanine 20 and the holding base 32 correspond approximately to the area of the sub-floor 6 of the box part 1 in order to fix the flower holding device horizontally on all sides To ensure 46 within the box part 1. Out the same reason corresponds to the width of the sliding elements 36 and the supporting elements 22 possible the width of the side walls 2 inside the Box part 1.

The invention is not based on the illustrated and described exemplary embodiments limited. For example, the one according to the invention Containers made from all suitable materials become. In addition to double-layer corrugated cardboard, other paper or cardboard materials conceivable. If necessary, between the Holding base 32 and the base element 16 also an additional, also one Push-through area 26 additional floor. Also are shelves on the holding base 32 and on the supporting base 24 or the underbody 6 possible to reduce the volume of the room.
