Claims (6)
- Structure en couches, en particulier destinée à être utilisée dans des documents de sécurité, tels que des passeports, des cartes de crédit, des cartes d'identité et analogues, comprenant :- un substrat (2) qui comprend une ou plusieurs couches,- une couche supérieure (1) qui est formée à partir de matériau transparent,- un élément de sécurité (3) qui est agencé localement entre le substrat (2) et la couche supérieure (1) et comprend un nombre de couches, comprenant une couche d'hologramme comprenant un hologramme, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité comprend en outre :- une couche de nivellement (4), de laque ou d'adhésif, située sur un côté intérieur de la couche supérieure (1),- une couche adhésive thermoplastique (5), et étant en outrecaractérisée en ce que
la couche adhésive thermoplastique (5) dans l'élément de sécurité (3) est située sur le côté de la couche de nivellement (4) et en ce que la couche d'hologramme (6) dans l'élément de sécurité (3) est située sur le côté du substrat (2), dans laquelle la couche de nivellement (4) et la couche adhésive thermoplastique (5) sont transparentes au moins dans des régions situées au-dessus de l'hologramme dans la couche d'hologramme (6), et en ce que la structure est stratifiée. - Structure stratifiée selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
un côté supérieur du substrat (2) est pourvu de symboles, tels que des noms, des adresses et analogues, dans laquelle la couche supérieure (1) est appliquée sur le côté supérieur du substrat (2). - Structure stratifiée selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que
la couche supérieure (1) comprend une couche de plastique transparente, sur laquelle la couche de nivellement (4) de laque ou d'adhésif est appliquée. - Document de sécurité, tel qu'un passeport, une carte de crédit, une carte d'identité ou analogue,
caractérisé en ce que
au moins une partie du document de sécurité est pourvue d'une structure stratifiée selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3. - Procédé pour produire une structure stratifiée selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) la fourniture du substrat (2),b) la fourniture de symboles imprimés, tels que des noms, des adresses et analogues, sur un côté supérieur du substrat (2),c) l'application de la couche supérieure (1),d) le serrage de l'élément de sécurité (3) localement entre le côté supérieur du substrat (2) et la couche supérieure (1), dans lequel la couche de nivellement (4) est appliquée d'abord sur le côté intérieur de la couche supérieure (1) et dans lequel la couche adhésive thermoplastique (5) de l'élément de sécurité (3) est située sur le côté de la couche de nivellement (4) et dans lequel la couche d'hologramme (6) de l'élément de sécurité (3) est située sur le côté du substrat (2), ete) la stratification de la couche supérieure (1) sur le côté supérieur du substrat (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les symboles sont imprimés.
