Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einschubstator für eine Exzenterschneckenpumpe. Er besteht aus einem herausnehmbaren Elastomerkörper mit einem in axialer Richtung verlaufenden Pumpenhohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Rotors und einem rohrförmigen, einen Hohlraum in Form eines Kegelstumpfes umschließenden Stützmantel. Der Elastomerkörper ist so ausgebildet, dass seine Außenoberfläche, die im Wesentlichen die Form eines Kegelstumpfmantels aufweist, formschlüssig im Stützmantel aufgenommen wird. Er weist einen über die Außenoberfläche vorstehenden Vorsprung auf. Im Stützmantels ist eine entsprechende Vertiefung oder Ausstülpung zur Aufnahme des Vorsprungs vorhanden.
