Definitions
- the invention relates to a ventilation device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- GB 1 176 314 discloses a ventilation device which a has an elongated housing which forms a ventilation duct.
- the ventilation duct has a control flap for automatic operation Provide volume flow control.
- the control flap is as elastically deformable film formed under the influence of Gravity is suspended in the housing. In this position the Ventilation duct released, so there can be air from the outside of the building be promoted to the interior of the building. This is due to the pressure difference between the outside of the building and the Building interior. If the pressure difference becomes too large and is therefore inside of the building with unpleasant drafts the foil acting as a control flap is carried along with the volume flow and narrows the free cross section of the ventilation duct. With unfavorable Pressure conditions and the resulting volume flow closes the Foil the ventilation duct completely. The pressure conditions change again, the film will return to its original position due to gravity moves and the ventilation duct is released.
- All of these control flaps are based on the principle that the Volume flow carries the control valve with it and the free cross-section of the ventilation duct is reduced and, if necessary, completely closed.
- the invention seeks an alternative solution to this, in addition to the sensitive one Addressing is also inexpensive to manufacture.
- the invention uses the principle of aerodynamic or hydrodynamic paradox where one through an opening passing gas or liquid jet onto a moving plate hits, not pushing it away but attracting it. As a result of the volume flow namely, the static pressure on the top of the plate decreases, so that the behind the plate effective static pressure this towards the opening relocated.
- the ventilation device created in this way is very sensitive but simple under construction.
- the control flap is preferably pivotally attached to the housing the opening being closer to this pivot point than to the edge of the Control valve. This will make the surface on which the control flap applied, enlarged and the response accuracy of the ventilation device increased.
- a further development provides that the distance between the opening and Control flap is adjustable. This allows the sensitivity of the Adjust the control flap since this manipulates the surface with which the Control flap overlaps the wall or surface.
- a first embodiment provides that the restoring force is achieved by elastic Properties of the control valve is caused. This ensures in addition to a simple structure that no further reset mechanisms must be provided.
- the restoring force can be generated by a separate energy store are caused. This simplifies the construction of the control flap.
- a particularly preferred embodiment provides that the Restoring force caused by gravity.
- the control flap is designed to be comparatively simple, without, on the other hand, additional restoring means being provided.
- the housing 1 and 2 is a part of the housing 1 of a ventilation device and a control flap 2 can be seen.
- the housing 1 forms one Ventilation duct 3, of which in the schematic representation according to FIGS. 1 and 2 only an opening 4 in a wall 5 can be seen.
- the wall 5 can be arranged within the housing, but can also be a part of Form housing 1.
- a volume flow 6 can be passed through the ventilation duct 3 for example from the outside of the building 7 to the inside of the building 8 be promoted.
- the volume flow 6 is directed so that it is directed to the control flap 2 after passing through opening 4.
- the wall 5 is essentially flat and runs parallel to the control flap 2, which is at a distance 9 than in Essentially L-shaped film strip is attached to the housing 1.
- volume flow 6 is now greater, it decreases between Control flap 2 and the wall 5 existing static pressure 10 and Outer pressure 11 ensures a deformation of the elastic material, for. B. Foil, created control flap 2 in the position shown in Fig. 2. in this connection is the control flap 2 over a certain area 12 on the Wall 5 and reduces the available ventilation cross-section.
- the volume flow 6 'being conveyed is compared to the volume flow 6 1 reduced.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 It can also be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 that the control flap 2 and the opening 4 asymmetrical with respect to the control flap 2 are arranged, the articulation of the control flap closer to this The articulation point lies as at the edge formed by the longitudinal end 14 Control flap 2.
- the Articulation point of the control flap 2 essentially a pivot axis for the control valve 2, while the restoring force shown in Fig. 1 Location due to the elastic properties of the control flap 2 itself are caused.
- control flap 2 for example in the area of the L-shaped fastening section 16 a different material or with a different bending strength, so that the control flap 2 in the manner shown in FIG. 2 deformed.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 shows one Control flap 2, which has a substantially triangular cross section having.
- a Energy store 17 attached in the form of a tension spring.
- wall 5 provided with an opening 4.
- the control flap 2 is also a stop 18 assigned to a certain, preferably parallel position of the Control flap 2 sets against the wall 5.
- the triangular cross-sectional shape of the control flap 2 is so designed that the surface 19 in the inclined position according to FIG. 4 can lean fully against the wall 5. This triangular shape makes a approximately over the entire height of the area 12 when swiveling in constant distance set.
- Control flap 2 is again designed as a film, this time but is not assigned to the housing 1 on the longitudinal edge 14, but instead is exclusively attached to the housing 1 at its longitudinal ends.
- Fig. 5 shows only one longitudinal end, since the other longitudinal end is a mirror image of this equivalent.
- the control flap 2 in the Are essentially separated from each other by the distance 9, however here the restoring force caused by the closing of the openings 4 elastic deformation of the control flap 2 takes place.
- the control flap 2 is in the open Condition on the upper and lower longitudinal edge 21, 22 not with the Connected to housing 1, therefore, the volume flow can control flap 2 both on the lower longitudinal edge 21 and on the upper longitudinal edge 22 happen.
- the wall 5 be part of the housing 1, for example that of Outside of the ventilation device associated housing wall or Housing wall assigned to the interior.
- the wall 5 but can also be arranged within the housing 1. It is from particularly advantageous if the distance 9 between the wall 5 and the Control flap 2 is adjustable. This allows the claim or Control behavior of the control flap 2 can be set.
