Abstract

The rectangular device (3) is joined with screws to the back of one or more corners of a picture frame (2). A recess, located at the lower end, facilitates the permanent or temporary addition of a transversal carrying element (4). A string (6) can be inserted from the top into a holding element (5), which is open at the bottom and accommodates a clamping device (7), tensioned by a helical spring. It is operated with a control element (9), positioned at the top of the holding element (3).
