Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zum doppelseitigen Bedrucken und/oder Beschichten eines Substrats, insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, unter Verwendung mindestens eines flüssigen oder trockenen, mindestens ein Polymer aufweisenden Toners vorgeschlagen. Es ist vorgesehen, dass mindestens eine Tonerschicht oder ein erstes, mindestens eine Tonerschicht aufweisendes Bild auf eine erste Seite des Substrats übertragen wird. Anschließend wird der Toner auf seine Glasübergangstemperatur oder eine darüberliegende Temperatur erhitzt und auf dem Substrat fixiert. Dabei verschiebt sich der ursprüngliche Glasumwandlungspunkt des Toners in Folge der Vernetzung seiner Polymerketten auf ein höheres Temperaturniveau und die Viskosität wird erhöht. In einem zweiten Bearbeitungsschritt wird mindestens eine Tonerschicht oder ein zweites, mindestens eine Tonerschicht aufweisendes Bild auf die zweite Substratseite übertragen und auf eine Temperatur erhitzt, die gleich groß wie oder größer als seine Glasübergangstemperatur ist. A method is proposed for double-sided printing and / or coating of a substrate, in particular of paper or cardboard, using at least one liquid or dry toner having at least one polymer. It is provided that at least one toner layer or a first, at least one toner layer having image is transferred to a first side of the substrate. Subsequently, the toner is heated to its glass transition temperature or an overlying temperature and fixed on the substrate. In this case, the original glass transition point of the toner shifts due to the crosslinking of its polymer chains to a higher temperature level and the viscosity is increased. In a second processing step, at least one toner layer or a second image having at least one toner layer is transferred to the second substrate side and heated to a temperature which is equal to or greater than its glass transition temperature.
